“Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying at Villa Donna Rachele. The biggest issue was the AC, which was basically nonexistent during a HEAT WAVE. The rooms were extremely uncomfortable. We raised the issue, but maintenance was only offered after I stated that the lack of response would be reflected in my review—and even then, they offered to send someone on the day we were leaving. There were also ants everywhere, including in the bed. The jacuzzi was dirty, and the shower in the bedroom...

“We booked Namily House in February 23 for September 23. The day of booking after 3pm I receive a text advising a water issue and we were given another property totally inappropriate for 4 adults. The person sending text message was going to meet us at an agreed time and never arrived. We had to make our own way without any assistance. Very dissatisfied customer. This night in Positano was our special booking. ”
