“ロケーションはレンタカーを借りていたので、大変良かったが、レンタカー無しでは少し不便だと思う。 施設はさすがに古さを否めなかったが、家族で過ごすには広めの部屋だったので快適に過ごせた。 滞在期間中に3日間もプールがメンテナンスの為使えず、子供達はガッカリして、リゾートに来たのに［プール使用不可］は一部返金レベルの問題だと思います。1週間の長期滞在だったから半分はプール利用できましたが、他のお客様によっては、3日間ぐらいの滞在でフルにプール利用不可のお客様もいたのではなかったかしら?と他人事ながら心配しました。 コスト重視で選べば、それなりの滞在は楽しめます。部屋からのオーシャンビューがリゾート気分を上げて、癒やしてくれました。”

“The room was clean and quiet. I loved the flooring. The beds were plush and comfy. The TV had loads of channels. The balcony had a fabulous view. There was plenty of water pressure and hot water. The staff were friendly, fast and professional. I walked to the beach, the zoo, a charming coffee shop across the street and to Crab Daddy's next door. I had one goofy problem - the toilet. It took 3 or 4 tries and some cursing to get it to wake up and flush. ”

“メインタワーに滞在予定でした。 コネクションルームだったのですが、壁が薄く隣部屋が余りにもうるさく最低な気持ちで朝を迎えました。 夜中三度クレームを受付に電話で行い三回目でやっとセキュリティーが出てきましたが結果何も変わらず。 ただ翌朝受付に流石に部屋を変えて欲しいと言いに行ったらすでに動いていた様で、気持ちよく変更をしてくれました。 タシタワーに変更になりましたが作りも違い非常に良い滞在ができました。 受付のスタッフは皆本当に感じがよく素晴らしかった。 特にElyという女性スタッフは本当に素晴らしい。 ありがとう！”
