“The studio apartment is great. It is waking distance to everything. We stayed on a game day weekend and loved it. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is visiting Auburn.”

“Second time staying at this property. Cannot beat It. Property is very well kept. Perfect for two couples. There is some street noise but to be expected at that location. It is walking distance to everything, most convenient is a Target on the ground floor to get any supplies and snacks you will need for a perfect stay. ”

“Good location. Must be aware of trains if light sleeper. 2 things I wish they had: 1) TVs in bedrooms, especially with trains. 2) Would be helpful to have soap and shampoo. ”

“New building. Clean. Great location for walking everywhere. Just keep in mind you are next to the sky bar and some students do live in the building. Sound machine in rooms a nice addition. TV’s in the rooms and basic cable would be nice if I am being picky.”

“Another terrific visit! Location is central, convenient, and easy to find. We enjoy the quiet location and beautiful neighborhood. Walking distance to groceries, coffee, and eateries. Comfortable apartment - kitchen, laundry, bedroom, community-use courtyard/sitting area. Unit is upstairs (spiral staircase). Had a wonderful weekend.”

“We have stayed in these apartments before, and we always find them clean, well-furnished, and super convenient to downtown!”

“This condo was perfect for us as it was directly next to our daughters apartment at Oliv. We were able to walk into town and to the game with no issues. They have done a great job remodeling and thought of so many things for us. They have a beautiful spiral staircase and made sure there were grippers on each step and lighting to make it easy to go up and down. There were even toiletry bag hooks in the bathrooms. We have never seen this at a VRBO. So thoughtful!!! Another great weekend at Auburn....
