“Black mold growing everywhere. Booked me into RS Guest House II, then switched my hotel to one with no windows or patio. The smell was terrible, the sheets were ripped and dirty. No ventilation in the bathroom.”

“In transit for 3 days. I rented a big room with a nice balcony for a good price. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful and friendly. Location is very good, right near riverside. The hotel restaurant had good food at a good price so I mostly ate there. I recommend this guest house for an affordable option with a great location and will likely return.”

“I stayed the night and it was lovely. Staff were very kind and friendly. It's a budget guest house not a 5 star hotel, thus the accommodation is not bad for the price. Particularly, if you're looking for an overnight stay before onwarding to your next destination. The room I stayed in was huge and comfortable. I had two king size beds all to myself. Bedframes were a little dusty but overall cleanliness was acceptable. A fresh paint could make their rooms more enticing. It is situated on the...

“It is set on a very busy and traffic-laden street. It is noisy day and night. The staff hardly spoke English. No information could be had about what to do and visit nearby. The beds have covers that have been very obviously used before.”

“It’s not a hotel. It’s some guy running a scam. He offers converted apartment rooms for rent, but he’s not there so you cannot check in. There’s guards at the front door, but there’s no reception Area or check-in provided. And Hotels.com won’t give you a refund. And the travel insurance doesn’t work.”

Pessima esperienza. Attenzione!

"Ho soggiornato per motivi di lavoro. Avevo prenotato una camera suite presupponendo che fosse una suite. La camera era al piano terra con affaccio sul ristorante, quindi no luce e bisognava tenere chiuse le tende per avere privacy. Quando ho chiesto di essere spostato, mi hanno portato in una camera piccola e di bassa categoria. Pertanto, dopo aver discusso mezz’ora per avere una camera della medesima categoria ad un piano più alto, ci ho rinunciato perché lo staff non mi ha offerto nulla di meglio. "
