“Although there was a typhoon during our stay the staff was very friendly and attentive. When I first entered my room I noticed the toilet water wasn't working. The receptionist had it fixed immediately while we tried the mango grill restaurant. The food was of good proportion. The plating was attractive and the food was delicious. I would definitely book again next time.”

“Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. ”

“Stay did not happen! I booked this for my Dad’s caregiver. When she got there they said they were fully booked and will not respect my Hotels.com paid booking. I wasted two hours on Hotels.com’s chat so I can either get refunded. Luckily, they worked on getting her checked in to another hotel”

“YOU DIDN’T NOTICE ME THAT THE HOTEL IS CURRENTLY CLOSE. WE ARE EXPECTING A GOOD PLACE TO STAY BUT IT’S ALL MESSED UP. WE FORCED TO STAY SOMEWHERE THAT WE DIDN’T EXPECTED TO STAY. PLEASE BEFORE YOU DEDUCT SOMEONE’S MONEY JUST MAKE SURE THAT THE HOTEL IS OPEN AND ON CURRENTLY OPERATION. THANKS. ”
