“Good friendly staff”

“The Brewers Arms has large, comfortable rooms, nicely decorated and maintained. It's a historic building so corridors are narrow, stairs are steep, doorways low and there's a bit of road noise through single glazed windows, but it is a charming pub with great beers and food and excellent staff.”

“Stayed in a cottage as hotel rooms were not available. Very spacious and nice property, maybe a bit cold on arrival as heating system wasn't on the previous days. I would stay here again.”

“An excellent hotel for a one night stay The restaurant was good but breakfast understandably wasn’t available at 7.00am on a Sunday (I could have had cereal and toast) . This didn’t impact on giving an exellent rating ”

“Nice place to stay - very convenient for events at Sparkford Hall as its walkable in 10 minutes - comfy family room which was spacious and had the essentials with a nice clean bathroom. Would stay again in the future as it was in quite a nice location.”

“Siamo stati al Corner House per una notte. La posizione è centrale, ed il parcheggio (non custodito) costa 5 euro. Per quello che abbiamo pagato (circa 40 euro) possiamo tenerci soddisfatti. La camera era molto piccola ma con tutti i servizi. Non c'era aria condizionata ma si stava bene (c'era un ventilatore nel caso volessimo). La nostra stanza aveva una vasca da bagno spaziosa.”

“Fantastic building! Perfect location. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Just some rooms are in need of a little TLC so it depends which of the rooms you stay in. The room we stayed in just needed updating but the bed was so comfortable and a very good night sleep was had!! ”
