LBI Ocean Block Ship Bottom Brand New Beach House,

La nuovissima casa sulla spiaggia può ospitare fino a 6 persone, 1 soppalco molto grande al secondo piano con un letto matrimoniale e un letto a rotelle doppio, un divano con un letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno, nuova cucina con bancone in granito, lavastoviglie, impilabile lavatrice e asciugatrice, wi-fi e cavo con HBO (aprile-ottobre), grande armadio per cibo / conservazione, Weber Grill, doccia esterna e Central Air. Questa casa si trova nella zona posteriore di un terreno di 4 proprietà. Solo parcheggio in strada. Cammina fino alla spiaggia. A pochi passi da numerose attrazioni e negozi. Non sono ammessi animali. Sono inclusi 2 badge da spiaggia.

Wifi e cavo sono in servizio invernale da novembre a marzo. Wifi non disponibile durante questo periodo e il cavo è in servizio di base. Un riscaldatore di spazio portatile è disponibile per fornire un riscaldatore aggiuntivo al primo piano. Questa proprietà è principalmente una casa in affitto estiva.

We had a lovely stay
My family stayed at Melissa and David‘s apartment for a few nights this summer and had a a great stay! We have two young children and the apartment had everything we needed. You can’t beat the location. A few steps to the beautiful beach and close to shops.

Great for single family trip
It's hard to find places to stay on the shore that aren't studios/hotel rooms or big houses meant for group trips. This place worked well for our family of 4, and can't beat it's proximity to the beach.

Perfect location
We stayed at this beautiful home with three of our kids for three nights. The location is absolutely perfect. Close to the beach, mini golf and great rental store. The house itself is very convenient. Great large kitchen, washer and dryer and outdoor shower with cold and hot water. There is a separate room with separate entrance that has sleeper sofa and private bathroom. Perfect for late night hangs when kids sleep upstairs. The owners are very responsive and welcoming. We will definitely be back soon!

Perfect Last Min LBI Getaway
This was the perfect small place for three ladies to spend a wonderful end of summer few days at the beach - location couldn't have been easier to get to the beach and Melissa was super responsive! Worked well for a few friends, but would also be super convenient for a small family!

Wonderful stay!
Wonderful stay at this property! Safe, quiet and central location, easy beach block access to ocean. Newly and lovingly renovated, clean and comfortable. Owner was thoughtful, friendly and responsive. Hope to be back again next year!

Amazing Vacation Getaway
We absolutely loved our stay in this perfect vacation getaway. It’s located on a beach street so its a quick walk to the ocean. Prime location with plenty of local shops, mini-golf, restaurants and ice cream. The house is clean, air conditioned, and with an outdoor shower etc., and felt safe and private. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall good stay
My family and I stayed for a night for a wedding in the area and it provided what we needed. We couldn’t get the air conditioning to work during the day but the place cooled down a lot at night.

Nice property, good location, responsive hosts
Not a ton to say--the property is nice, well-maintained, and comfortably slept four (two adults, two kids 10 and under). It's a block from the beach, so the location is perfect. The owners were communicative and friendly. I would stay there again.

Beautiful place beautiful property owners
I was looking for a last min getaway much needed beach trip for my family and I and this trip exceeded our expectations! The owners were always avail for communication and open and helpful… they were so courteous and although there was an issue with the air in the rental they let us stay on their main property which was beautiful just as beautiful as the rental… and then they extended the checkout for the “inconvenience” wow… the neighborhood was beautiful it was steps from the beach and beautiful shops. We couldn’t ask for more my only regret was not staying longer but we plan to make this a regular vacation go to stay at this specific place our experience was so wonderful.☺️

LBI/Ship Bottom few steps from everything
Perfect little condo for my Wife and I. About a 5 minute walk from our door to when we were sitting on the beach. David and Melissa were very helpful and had great communication when we had any questions. Definitely recommend it!

Awesome
This property is very well maintained. It was clean and airy. There were plenty of linens available and the kitchen was stocked well with plenty of plates and serving ware. The owner was attentive through out the entire process and made sure to reach out at checkin and checkout. It exceeded our expectations and we will certainly rent it in the future.

Great Stay
It was a quick stay for us and really enjoyed our stay. Ample parking, great places to eat that are walking distance as well as a quick drive down the road. Sunrise views at the beach and sunset views at the bay all within a block of each other… Will be back.

Everything you need!
The title says it all. This property is located just a few houses away from the beach, near food and entertainment, and provided everything my wife and I needed to enjoy a weekend at the shore. The property manager was very friendly, and provided great communication with timely responses. Finding on street parking was not an issue during our stay. I gave this property and the owners 5 stars because they really gave you everything you needed to enjoy LBI.
