“Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location overlooking Hope park. The room was immaculate, the bed was great, bathroom spotless and the views have to be some of the best in Keswick. ALL the staff were very helpful and the hotel had a very relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast was also fantastic with everything local and fresh. All in all a fantastic place to stay, thank you.”

“Guys running it were friendly and happy to help. It is in a good location just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Keswick. Very dog friendly and it was obvious both guys loved dogs. Ðogs can go into dining area with you so no worries about leaving them in room. Gluten free breakfast available along with oat milk if required. ”

“Budget hotel offers great value for money. Excellent location only 10 minutes walk from Keswick centre. Staff service was first class!”

“Keswick is such a great town and so well located for hiking and playing in the Lakes. The YHA was lovely and so centrally located on the river by the park. Very well equipped with a great cafe too. My only complaint is that the bedroom doors shut noisily which means you wake with the early risers. All else was perfect”

“Great B&B in a lovely location, 30min walk to Keswick. Beautiful walk to Keswick - take a good torch for nighttime walks to town. the village itself has a nice wee pub and has stunning views. Room was clean with plenty of towels, tea/coffee/milk. Breakfast was fine considering what we paid for our room. lovely breakfast room with efficient and friendly service. Plenty of free parking. We were happy with the lack of interaction with people during checkin - got a security code, then key - very...

“It was clean and well presented, the owners were very friendly and helpful, the room was warm and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, fairly spacious with a most excellent shower. We missed breakfast the first morning due to taking part in an event, but found they had left us some bananas and apples for us. We had the full breakfast the next day which was spot on. And they have their own parking spots for 4 cars! Definitely will use again , as we had a lovely stay. ”

“Overall it was a pleasant stay, the staff were really welcoming and friendly. Great location. Unfortunately no dinner service was available on the evening I arrived although I had requested this on my booking I wasn't informed until I arrived at the hotel. I wasn't particularly impressed at having to pay for parking and the berries at breakfast were still frozen! Other than than it was a really lovely stay, very dog friendly. ”

“We had a wonderful stay. Our room was small but very comfortable with views of the hills. The tea and coffee choices are the best I've ever seen anywhere. Lorna is a lovely host and makes the best breakfast with plenty of choices. The location is approx. 15 minutes walk into Keswick and the Threkeld trail, just down the hill, make walking there better away from the traffic. We would definitely recommend Brookfield and hope to vist again. ”

“The Littlebeck Warren is a hidden gem and when next in the area on business I will always come back here. Joanne and Kevin are outstanding hosts, the rooms are comfortable, stylish and homely. It is just beautiful! We had our evening meal there as well as breakfast and the food was delicious and home cooked. I would highly recommend staying here you won’t be disappointed We will be back! ”

“Unique, beautiful property. I was really well looked after, cakes and biscuits in the afternoon. The breakfast was amazing-couldn’t fault a thing. My room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. I would absolutely recommend a stay here and would love to return one day. ”
