“Me and two friends stayed here. It was a great location with very nice amenities! Make sure to email Mike or property managers prior to arriving so that you can get the address. Once we arrived we found Mike and he hooked us up with bikes which made getting around the island fun and easy. We were able to extend our day easily as well. Would definitely book here again.”

“Moody blue cottage was the perfect fit for us. If we come back to caye caulker, this is where we want to stay. Every thing about this property was great. Be sure to arrange snorkeling trip with Francis and wish we had known that we could arrange fishing with him before booking through a local company. “We went for spring break and daughters 16th birthday trip. April 2024. We had never been to Belize but wanted a house and not in town. Well this is definitely not in town. 12 miles north along the coast, and secluded.(3 houses close by). House a little rustic but has AC and WiFi. Pool was nice to have though found couldn't really swim in ocean off deck. Was better to go up coast a bit. Having never been to Belize,we took 15 min flight to San Pedro and were greeted by Karen with our golf cart...

“Cottage was a little off the beaten path but still was not a bad walk to the hub of activity Michael was easily available to answer any questions or solve problems Only thing I would have liked better was better window covering in the bedroom. Other than that great stay”

“They have huge dogs that will jump on you and enter the property with mud and dirt on their feet. The owner fraudulently charged my credit card for damage we did not do. It’s criminal to take advantage of tourists in a foreign country. ”
