“The hotel was nice and clean. Staff were nice as well. Price is on the high end but the reason I age. 2 stars is that they charged $165 pet fee for only one night. That is ridiculous. When I asked them why they said this is a one time fee for overall stay regardless of how long you stay. Common. That is the lamest excuse ever. You charge customers 165 per fee for one night stay and use that excuse. Never even go back tot hat hotel.”

“Love this hotel but in the recent remodel they removed the magnifying mirror in the bathrooms. The showers are “rain” head with not much pressure. Hair dryer was small, poor quality. Ladies need to prepare and bring your own things.”

“La camera era ben arredata e spaziosa, noi avevamo prenotato una stanza con due letti ma il secondo letto non era stato preparato, ci hanno consegnato le lenzuola e ci siamo dovuti arrangiare. Spropositato il costo del parcheggio pari a 40 $ al giorno...soprattutto non ritengo sia corretto dire ai clienti che non ci sono altri parcheggi più economici quando è possibile parcheggiare in un parcheggio pubblico posto a 50 m spendendo 10 $.”

“This was an awesome hotel! The room was very clean/cute and the bed was 10/10, so comfy! I loved the nice touch with a free drink and even oversized robes in the room! The lobby was very inviting with cookies to grab as you wander by, and dog treats if you have a furry friend. The breakfast was actually so good that we had it twice! Parking was easy but it is tight if you are in an SUV or bigger. The location was perfect; 5 min to the Seattle center! Lots of food options nearby as well and a CVS...

“The property was amazing. We came for two mariners games and got to and from the stadium with Uber super fast. The hotel is brand new and so beautiful and quiet. We loved our stay and will stay again. Super close to lake union park and nice view of the space needle. The only weird thing is you can’t go outside on the balcony it seemed locked. Room was super spacious and had amazing amenities. The breakfast like everyone said is amazing.”
