“This was a first for me usually I’m pretty lucky and decent judge of character for getting a hotel but this was probably the worst hotel stay I have ever encountered. My wife two little boys one of which is medically challenged and his health is why we were in town anyway for the children’s hospital. The rooms carpet was dirty , the tables had both crawling and dead tiny insects on them and the beds while decently comfortable had plenty of spots and old stains on them as well as old dated...

“Wonderful hotel. I took a tour at Microsoft corporate HQ and stayed in this hotel, which is right by Line 2. If you prefer not to drive/Uber to Microsoft, this is an excellent location. Very cool design. Great, friendly staff. Amazing breakfast buffet.”

“La camera era ben arredata e spaziosa, noi avevamo prenotato una stanza con due letti ma il secondo letto non era stato preparato, ci hanno consegnato le lenzuola e ci siamo dovuti arrangiare. Spropositato il costo del parcheggio pari a 40 $ al giorno...soprattutto non ritengo sia corretto dire ai clienti che non ci sono altri parcheggi più economici quando è possibile parcheggiare in un parcheggio pubblico posto a 50 m spendendo 10 $.”

“Love this hotel but in the recent remodel they removed the magnifying mirror in the bathrooms. The showers are “rain” head with not much pressure. Hair dryer was small, poor quality. Ladies need to prepare and bring your own things.”

“This is a motel. There are no elevators. I am a senior citizen with mobility challenges and heavy luggage. I was booked on the 3rd floor. “Very basic, very affordable accommodations in a very expensive city. Just as an example, a very basic breakfast for 2 at a nearby hotel was 1/3 of the price we paid to spend the night here.
It was just what we needed: clean room, comfortable bed, quiet hotel, low price. Located very close to all the action at the waterfront and Pike Street Mkt.. The only issue I had, there was no staff present in the hotel. If their services were needed you had to visit their property across the street.

“We didn’t stay because after I paid I was told there was no elevator. My wife is disabled and couldn’t climb the stairs. They said Expedia had it listed as not having an elevator. I just checked and it didn’t state there was no elevator. I also looked at their website and I don’t see anything saying there is no elevator. So I lost over $450 that night. We ended staying in our car.”

“Room was comfortable and clean, as was the lobby. The property is in a somewhat sketchy area, didn’t feel completely comfortable parking my car there. Front desk staff was not friendly. My main complaint was that after staying five nights I had to extend my stay another week and they jacked up my price by $55/night. I moved into the La Quinta next door!”
