“The rooms are clean and updated, staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is very convenient to UPMC Shadyside and Hillman Cancer Center. My only complaint would be the awful garbage smell on the 3rd floor coming from the Housekeeping closet. It smelled as soon as the elevator door opened and in the hallway for the entire 4 days I stayed. I did mention it to the front desk so they can make improvements.”

“Everything was great, check in was very quick, hotel parking in the rear of the building, we were able to keep car in lot until 1:00pm the next day to take a tour of the nursing program at University of Pittsburgh with my son, we had dinner in the onsite restaurant and the service was fantastic. “Omar only needed to spend a night because we were driving from New York City to Indianapolis. It was a comfortable stay. The breakfast was good, though I would’ve liked some more option like fruit.
