Riverfront straordinario Partenza Avanti per mountain bike, escursionismo e pesca

Vi innamorerete di questo uno di una casa gentile, situata in uno di uno spot genere!

Il 4000 sq. Ft. Casa è in una suddivisione gated sul fiume Deschutes. La parte posteriore si affaccia sul fiume e attraverso il sentiero del fiume, dove i ciclisti e gli escursionisti passano tutto il giorno. Con nessuna casa dall'altra parte del fiume, ci si sente come se fossi in campagna, ma siete proprio in città!

Il livello principale è per lo più grande sala con grandi vetrate che affaccia sul fiume. L'ampia cucina con posti a sedere presso l'isola di marmo è un luogo di ritrovo naturale - e cuochi ameranno la cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici di fascia alta, tra cui un piano cottura a gas 6 fuochi. L'altro lato della sala grande è la zona giorno che ha un camino a gas e 70 'TV HD con audio surround. Facendo un passo fuori sul ponte principale, vi troverete guardando in basso su una delle più belle sezioni del fiume Deschutes. Questo è un posto favoloso per trascorrere le serate. Il sole tramonta presto dietro Awbrey Butte per cui vi è un lungo crepuscolo. Anche a livello principale è un bagno completo e un ufficio / camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale.

Al piano superiore sono due camere da letto. Uno è una camera da letto di buone dimensioni con un letto matrimoniale e proprio bagno completo. L'altro è il padrone. E 'molto spaziosa con un letto matrimoniale, salotto, e un enorme terrazza privata fuori sopra il tetto. Il bagno è sopra la parte superiore con due lavabi, box doccia, vasca idromassaggio, e una lavatrice e asciugatrice.

Vai al piano di sotto al livello più basso e vi troverete nella sala giochi. Ha un tavolo da biliardo pieno dimensioni, giochi arcade, pub tavolo e sedie, divani, un 'TV 40 e una splendida vista sul fiume. Adiacente alla sala giochi, c'è una spaziosa camera da letto con vista sul fiume formidabile e un letto matrimoniale. C'è anche una enorme camera a castello con due serie di letti a castello e un letto matrimoniale. Più indietro si trova un teatro con uno schermo di 100 'e un suono surround di alta qualità. C'è una PlayStation 3 che è davvero cool sul grande schermo con il suono surround. A completare il livello più basso sono due bagni completi. La parte migliore del piano seminterrato è il patio granito coperto con vista sul fiume. Vedere la fauna selvatica mentre si gode l'ombra in un caldo giorno d'estate; o immergersi nella vasca idromassaggio dopo lo sci in inverno.

Great house, Great location!!
Everything in this home was as stated. Very well equipped in the kitchen. Very clean and big enough for everyone to be comfortable. The one thing we would have liked as we had an "old" Grandpa with us would have been a recliner in the living room this would have made him more comfortable as he sits and reads alot. We will come back as soon as we can!!!

Cool Riverfront House
Home is a lovely, well used rental space. Had lots of amenities and is perfectly positioned for accessing all that Bend has to offer. Owner is very responsive if you have any problems or questions. We enjoyed our trip!

Simply Outstanding!
Spent Thanksgiving week at this beautiful property and cannot express how thoroughly impressed we all were with the location and amenities provided. The home itself is stunning - a true testament to the vision of the owner, and every detail executed to perfection. From a guest perspective, there's isn't anything that was missed. The kitchen is beyond belief - with a 6 burner gas cooktop and huge kitchen island. Every appliance and kitchen gadget you'd ever hope to have is also provided. From colanders to a Kuerig, and everything in between. I brought quite a few of my own things from home, and it wasn't necessary. Hand mixer, pastry brush, pizza cutter, large mixing bowls, measuring cups (glass and plastic) measuring spoons, an excellent cook's knife set, toaster, blender, plenty of dishtowels and pot holders, serving utensils, flatware, dishes, coffee mugs, wine glasses, champagne flutes, the list is endless. There isn't anything you need, and what's provided is even more than what most homes would have! There are two bedrooms on the upper level, the master is gigantic with a huge bathroom (double sinks) and a separate shower (walk-in, fabulous water pressure!) and Jacuzzi garden tub. The closet is enormous - as big as a bedroom, and there is a full size washer/dryer as well. The second upper level bedroom is quite large, with it's own large bathroom. Soap, shampoo, towels, washcloths, toilet paper and Kleenex are provided in abundance! The main level bedroom is right off the entry-door, and has glass French doors. The doors are covered in curtains for privacy. The main level bathroom is a full bath, with a shower/tub combo and the coolest bathroom sink we've ever seen! The lower level offers two bedrooms and two full baths, along with a movie room, full size pool table and 2 full size arcade games. Every amenity needed is provided. Main level floors are water heated concrete, and the entire home is comfortable and inviting. Huge bonus, even with 5 adults showering, we never ran out of hot water! The view is spectacular, with decks/patios off of each level so you can hear the river. The double car garage was a wonderful treat - we were able to park both cars inside, away from the elements. Oh, there is a 2nd refrigerator and a stack washer/dryer in the garage, also! This home is beyond amazing, and I can't thank Rick enough for making it available to us. We will definitely be back!

Impressive view in a lovely home
Need a house for a large group in a quiet neighborhood not far from downtown? Look no further than this house which had high end touches and an amazing view. I was impressed with the look and functionality of the house as well as how well appointed it was. You could find most anything you needed in the kitchen and the pantry. All bedrooms were lovely and the added touches of a game room and movie theatre were awesome! I loved being able to wake up with my large group of adults where we could choose to hang out together or have our own space. The Master Bedroom is especially impressive from the large room, bathroom, closet and deck. This house is a must rent for a larger group!

What a Gem!!
This well stocked riverfront home is absolutely stunning. Rick was very accommodating during the reservation process and we never encountered any maintenance issues during our stay. The location is perfect! Close to town yet when you're there, it feels like an outdoor retreat! The house has a beautiful open floor plan which was perfect for our large family and out of town guests. The kitchen has everything a person needs and can accommodate a lot of cooks! The big dining table is perfect for game night and anything else! The weather was beautiful for our stay and the outdoor decks were perfect for relaxing. The amenities make this home so much fun to stay at. A little disappointed we didn't have time to enjoy that amazing theater room, but if we ever find ourselves in Bend again, this will be the first place we try to reserve. Clean, Comfortable, Convenient, and Pet Friendly! Love Love Love this home.

Reserve this property in a cooler season
HOT!!! Inside and out. Could only enjoy the south facing deck early am and late evening. Accommodated our large family well. A few mainainace issues, however over all it worked for us. Again, do not go in the middle of summer, while the house was unbearably warm at times, downtown Bend was worse. Did some tubing and visited the caves nearby. All refreshingly cool activities. I would imagine late Fall to be the perfect place for perfect weather!

Phenomenal property, well stocked with everything!
We had a fantastic stay! Property is amazing and easily accommodated our 4 families with 6 kids. Games area, ping pong and movie room were a highlight for the kids. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need and we cooked meals for 14 with ease. This is situated down a quiet cul de sac so you can enjoy the soothing sounds of the river flowing just in front of the property and even spot deer at dawn and dusk! There is a great outside grilling and dining area too. We really appreciated having bathrooms plentifully stocked with beautiful towels, shampoo, body wash and paper products. It was a fantastic vacation in a very well maintained and stunning property.

Beautiful home!
My 13 girlfriends and myself LOVED this home! The separation of space is great for a large group but still great if all hanging out in same room. The river view is spectacular and walking trails nearby a bonus! Beds were so comfortable and comfy linens. I could go on and on! Thank you Rick for sharing this beautiful home!

Terrific house for 50th birthday celebration!
Five couples really enjoyed our stay. We're outdoorsy and have fun playing games, so we spent each day exploring nearby then returning to the house for a soak, making group dinners, and competing in everything from the vintage donkey Kong to Cranium. Views of the river are lovely, and we're planning to return in different seasons. We recommend hiking or climbing at Smith Rock state park, XC ski or hike to Tumalo Falls, and skiing/boarding at Mt Bachelor. The five bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen well appointed.

Spacious, great view, conveniently located, well equipped- need more coffee cups and wine glasses.
We used the main balcony for our wedding ceremony because the weather was so nice. It was a great setting. Love the heated floors, theatre room, hot tub, and the game room too! So many amenities! Very nice. Hope to come back. Great place for our family gathering.

Kid and Adult Activities, Ambiance, and Total Comfort
Our family reunion included 11 people from California and Washington. We had four kids that ranged from 3 to 10. This rental had it all for everyone of us. The kids loved the arcade games, hot tub and movie theater. The adults loved the view, the comfort of the living room and kitchen. We enjoyed wonderful meals prepared in the kitchen and on the grill. I can't say enough about our stay here. What a comfortable place this is!!

The house is perfect. Well stocked with everything you need for a perfect stay. It sounds like a silly thing to be impressed about but there was even more than enough TP in every bathroom! Never ran out even with 12 adults staying for 4 nights! The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked as well. Every bedroom is comfortable. Every bathroom is great. The game room was super fun and the large theater room was awesome for the one rainy day we had. And the view of the river is unbeatable! Rick was the best host we have ever had with any vacation rental. We will definitely be back.

Great experience and value, only downside is that the location is not walkable/bike-able to any services (restaurants, store, etc.), however it is very walkable to the beautiful river, park, and hiking trails. We would stay again.
