“Location was absolutely perfect for the Blue Ridge marathon weekend. The parking was validated with my stay, all staff were very polite and courteous, and the room was clean! All elevators were working, and the breakfast selection was good each morning. Thankfully, this hotel is located downtown and convenient to restaurants, coffee shops, boutique shopping. Elmwood park is across the street which made for an easy walk to race day, packet pickup, and concerts. ”

“I didn't understand how the parking worked. I ended up on the 4th floor of the garage (as directed) where there was no elevator...and dragged my suitcase down 4 flights of stairs. Plus when I tried to go in the parking, I was asked for a log code that I didn't have & didn't need. You need to be clearer about how this all works. Maybe it was just me, tired from driving, but it wasn't smooth.”

“Our 3rd floor room appeared to have been recently renovated. Bed was comfortable. Water pressire was great. Very affordable and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. ”
