“The apartment was nice. It’s quite a walk from the centre of Salzburg but a nice walk along the river. Unfortunately the electrical equipment provided was unsafe and the hairdryer exploded whilst I was using it with lots of smoke. I reported this but the staff didn’t seem particularly bothered. I’m glad it was an adult using the hairdryer and not a child. I wouldn’t recommend for this reason. I think that all electrical equipment within the complex should be reassessed for safety.”

“Mega tolles Hotel, sehr modern und sauber. Selbst auf den schränken und Türrahmen kein Staub. Das Personal ist mega freundlich. Essen super lecker, in einem sehr schönen Restaurant. Wellnessbereich ist super gemütlich und die Sauna ist sehr schön, auch aufgüsse stehen bereit.”

“Wonderful position and design, unfortunately not marched by the level of service: when we did arrive, the shower was not clean. They promised us different breakfast, but for 2 consecutive days the order was not fulfilled as per our request. The communication with customer service was poor, with a compensation promised but not delivered due to their incapability to provide. Hopefully, after some distress, one customer service agent (Kristzina) jumped in and took charge of the situation, providing...
