“Der neue Spa Bereich, sowohl als auch der Pool waren wirklich ein Traum. Wir hatten vorher schon in vielen Bewertungen gelesen, dass das Hotel bis zum kleinsten Detail perfekt ist und dies können wir bestätigen. Der Service in jedem Bereich war wirklich herausragend, die Atmosphäre einzigartig gemütlich und auch das Frühstücksbuffet war überragend.”

They promised us different breakfast, but for 2 consecutive days the order was not fulfilled as per our request. The communication with customer service was poor, with a compensation promised but not delivered due to their incapability to provide. Hopefully, after some distress, one customer service agent (Kristzina) jumped in and took charge of the situation, providing...

“The room was modern, roomy, bright, and functional. The on site laundry and luggage storage lockers are also nice add on amenities. Communication was smooth and quick despite of no on site staff.”
