“Everything was great, except the Queen Size mattress that was way, way too soft and made sleeping uncomfortable. I sent a message to the concierge service, but they were unable to change it during my 6 day stay (possibly due to the Thanksgiving holiday). That said, I would certainly stay there again and the underground parking that was included, made getting in and out of the apartment very convenient. Altogether a great place for a short stay, when visiting the DMV.”

“Our family loved this fully furnished and renovated apartment. The parking lot was easy however there is a clearance limit and our 15 passenger van did not fit. The location is on a city street and there were ambulance and firetrucks going throughout the night. Currently there is construction going on but they do respect the hours. They do not begin their jackhammer and drilling until after 8am.”

No room upgrade was offered and was supposed to be. I also had to ask about my Expedia VIP bar/restaurant credit. Slow on getting ice; wish I could get my own. One beside lamp didn’t work.
