In a quiet neighborhood on the 2nd floor accessible by stairs only.Did not give it a 5-star because the keycode was not what was given to us, had to scramble around and get in touch with the people downstairs to get code. “This was a comfortable, casual, unpretentious property, in a quiet suburban area. The basic amenities were convenient and we were close enough to Hollywood, Venice Beach, Santa Monica, and not too far from downtown (as always, traffic permitting.) There is a nice back patio, a washer/dryer, and a basic kitchen. Be aware you must climb two sets of stairs to get in (if accessibility is an issue.) All in all, a great rental that we would be happy to visit again.”

“Having to rush to Los Angeles due to a family member falling ill and admitted into ICU, me and my wife didn’t know what to expect. We didn’t know how many people would be coming in, needing a place to stay and how long they were staying. This place was amazing, plenty of beds and plenty of room for the people we did have. “Dirty, filthy, moldy, trash, barrels, no paper towels no toilet paper no plunger. Filthy windows. Description in the ad was totally different than the experience. The area was not anything to speak about. It definitely was not cleaned prior to my arrival and as far as a turnaround to get it taken care of that didn’t happen for a couple of days of which I did it Disposal was broken. Air conditioner was broken. The AC they got fixed in one day. A total disgrace.”

“We found this listing within days before our weekend getaway. Booking and checking in were a breeze! Host gave clear instructions on how to get in to the unit. We struggled a bit finding the designated parking spot but that was mostly due to the layout of the parking structure. The apartments are very secured, you need a fob to get in all entryways/parking. The location is super convenient, close to a lot of popular locations! We definitely enjoyed our stay there! ”
