“I had called and arranged for the two rooms to be beside each other. That was never noted and we ended up with one room on 1st and one on 3rd. ”

“Points for being clean and quiet, but… BUT, the pillows were terrible. So much so that I had to make my own by folding up the comforter from the other bed. Also, the breakfast tasted like it was made by someone with a vendetta against humanity. I seriously don’t know what’s wrong with the people who say it’s good. How do you make sausage taste and feel like rubber? How do you make goopy scrambled eggs? HOWWWWW do you manage to serve it all cold? I think the rave reviews are a consequence...

“Carpet in our room needed to be cleaned as there were big stains. Carpet in hallways also looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Tiles/flooring in elevators were severely cracked and needed to be replaced. Also upon arrival, entering the lobby to check in, it was very warm. You could tell there was no air conditioning in that area, perhaps it was broken or hotel trying to save money but temp levels were warmer than outdoors ”

“Walked into our room and rat poop was on the bathroom counter. The towels were folded neatly but I was afraid to use them. No bath soap. I don't think it had been mopped. Beds were so bad my husband couldn't stand up this morning. I will never stay here again.”

“We stayed 5 nights and our room was only cleaned once. I was told there were too many rooms occupied, we were in the room when cleaning staff came to do the room (not true), we saw the housekeeping staff outside our room yesterday and asked if she could clean it, response was yes. We left the hotel for 45 mins to allow cleaning. We returned the cleaning staff had gone, our room still unclean, no beds made. Spoke to reception again, they would look into it. Very frustrating. WOULD NEVER STAY...

“We had issues in our room with the toilet not functioning. It was supposed to repaired while we were out during the day came home to the existing problem with wet towels on the floor that had not been cleaned up. Called the front desk was told there were no rooms for us to move to and sent up maintenance. Maintenance left assuring us the problem was fixed but indeed it was not. Our toilets would not flush and randomly flushed itself throughout the evening. Both my sister and I use the lobby...

“The gentleman that checked me in was very nice. Gave us a ground floor room. The bathroom was clean. The room was ok. Lamps were either dirty or just old. Not sure which. TV was hard to figure out, but a lot of channels. Beds were comfortable. The price was great!!! Plus they have a 1 pet for free policy, that was great. Most hotels charge $50 up. Went to front desk at 6:15am expecting coffee. I knew there was no breakfast, that was fine. No coffee either!! Just an empty space where it usually...
