“Fantastic room 206 fantastic view of the sea fabulous fourposter bed, clean facilities, very good bathroom shame bath jacuusi was not working.... Fab facilities fantastic food and service from. Josh and Nathan so very helpful and courteous they both excelled and went extra mile in understanding helpfulness and I was treated with friendship and respectfully. “The hotel was lovely and clean, the staff were very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. This was our 4th stay with them. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast and rollys bar are fantastic the food is good quality and well cooked. The Retreat was fantastic very relaxing. Was a shame that there isnt a haordresser anymore but it didnt spoil our stay. Cant wait to go back in june. ”

“Just returned from an overnight stay at the Lucena with my partner and toddler. Arrived early and asked if we could leave our cases but we were able to check in straight away. We had room number 3 which was a double bed and bunk bed room. We had more than enough room for us all. The beds were really comfy which was definitely needed after countless walks up and down to see the illuminations and the kettle in the room was very welcomed. Hotel was in a great location and close to the attractions...

“Very comfortable, clean and quiet stay. This was the second time ive stayed at the Boulevard. Once for work and once for pleasure. Both visits were consistently good. Room was a good size, quiet, windows with a view to the theme park. ”

“We stayed here to go watch britains got talent from discussions on the phone to arriving we was greeted with polite friendly greetings, the family run hotel is perfect for all occasions and bringing children, the family are a delightful and friendly people and could not do enough for us the beds was so comfortable and the room and whole house was very clean and when arriving back was greeted with a beautiful smelling candle we will definitely be back thank you for a really nice stay.”
