“Right next to the center of town! Very easy to drive around and get to hikes and trails. The hotel was nice for what we needed and allowed us to stay 2 nights for our hiking adventures. ”

“Great location, across the street from the train station, so easy to get to. There’s a lift available for heavy luggage, which was nice to not need to carry our bags up the stairs. The hotel was cute, the interior reminded us of the hotel in Gilmore Girls. There’s a library and games room available, but it was a bit hot and stuffy in there for us to use - would be really nice in the winter months, I’m sure. We were there for 1 night and didn’t have a great sleep - we heard a lot of noise...

“We stayed here for 1 night while looking at the blue mountains. The room was a bit run down, there was no openable window in the bathroom, but the grounds/ garden was well maintained. They did have a small separate table in the breakfast dining room for gluten free people (which is me). There was white bread, weet-bix, cornflakes, mini muffins and some fruit. There’s a separate toaster for gluten free bread. I appreciated that. Although it was a small selection, it’s more than some places offer....

“Quite isolated and rooms getting a bit tired but staff and food great and very relaxing”

“My room was clean and neat. The manager was very friendly and kind. The hostel was quiet and fairly peaceful. Some things were overlooked like bathroom cleanliness and lack of toilet paper. But otherwise the location was perfect and it suited my needs”
