Golfing, fishing, and whitewater enthusiasts will love this storybook setting and lush natural landscape.

Visitors can enjoy the fresh mountain air and the panoramic views from the comfort of the main level's spacious three-quarter wrap around covered porch. On the main level, guests will enjoy the cabin's fully equipped kitchen, great room with seasonal gas log fireplace and flat screen TV with DVR, as well as a large Master Suite with king bed and a flat screen TV. The loft level offers two additional private queen bedroom, each with television, and a shared bath. On the terrace level, guests can relax or play, in the lounge enjoying the game room’s flat screen TV or a round of billiards on the pool table. The home also offers WIFI as well a laundry onsite.

Outside, the terrace level boasts a private hot tub, as well as easy access to the fire pit (bring firewood) and additional seating. There is also covered outdoor dining and a gas grill to enjoy. With its gated community location, guests can also enjoy community hiking access as well as tennis.

100 Acre Woods is only five minutes to dining in McCaysville, GA and Copperhill, TN and only ten minutes to historic Downtown Blue Ridge, GA. The cabin offers close proximity to well-known local attractions like the Ocoee Whitewater Olympic Course, and the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway as well as area zip lines, tubing, horseback riding, and golf. Plus, the vacation cabin is only eight minutes from Old Toccoa Golf-9, Lake Blue Ridge, and more! At just 100 miles from Hartsfield Jackson International Airport in Atlanta, it’s easy to fly into the region and find your way to this home with its lush natural landscape and mountain beauty.

Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Non Pet Friendly Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee.
