Super location for our needs - appreciated all the bedding
Our boys enjoyed the fireplace with a cup of hot cocoa after their full day of skiing at Bogus Basin. They piled up on the couch with their plentiful blankets and easily fell asleep after dinner. We would definitely rent in the summer as we saw bikes available as well. Great location near Shadow Hills Elementary and ease of access to shopping. Great stay! Mahalo!

Nice visit
Overall, Nice property. More attention to detail is needed though. It was ice cold in the house when we arrived - heat was off. The hot water heater was out and we had to start it ourselves. Found trash behind doors and under beds. Bedroom to left of bathroom had stained sheets.

This was an amazing stay. The kitchen was well stocked, everything was super clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice it was friendly and we were close to restaurants and stores. We can’t wait to come back!

Very convenient. Nice to have a garage big enough to park our river raft trailer and bikes. Well equipped kitchen. Nicely cared for in a quiet neighborhood.

Perfect place to stay!
Rarely have I stayed at a place that I can say is perfect. This little townhome was super clean and very comfortable! The location was quiet with parks nearby and my family of five had absolutely no issues! I could move here!

We were pleasantly surprised to have a VRBO so well furnished with cooking and eating utensils. The home was well furnished and in a nice neighborhood and well taken care of. Would recommend others stay there as well.

Great place
I will definitely rent again when I am in Boise for work it is a fabulous townhouse nice and quiet and located centrally for all the things that I needed to do. Good high speed Internet so I could work while I was there very clean and comfortable.

Renter beware
This is a wonderful house that we have stayed in 5 times Those stays range from 15 to 45 days. The neighborhood is beautiful but the neighbors hate that this property is a VRBO and they make their point very clearly. One neighbor returned a package to Amazon stating “the people don’t live here.” Another neighbor received our Uber eats order but didn’t inform us. Another neighbor complained that the rental car was parked on the street for one night. The neighbor down the street parked an RV pop out and all for three days. The house is wonder, fully stocked in the kitchen and back patio great for BBQs. Two spacious bathrooms, fully stocked linen closet. The bikes were a plus. The yard is maintained weekly by landscapers. The lawn also has automatic sprinklers. Upon check in we received a call from the manager to ensure things were ok. She quickly responded to a couple of items needing to be fixed (sink and dishwasher). A few thing that could use some fixing; Master bed-makes a ton of noise with even the smallest amount of movement. Curtain in the master bathroom. I’m sorry but the backyard neighbors don’t need to see me doing my business. Curtain on the patio door. Once again the neighbor said don’t need to see me laying on the couch in my pjs. Couch- most uncomfortable piece of furniture I’ve sat on in a long time. Patio bark- constant cleaning it up and picking it out of my two boys feet. Coffee pot take 30 minutes to make a pot of coffee. The cheese drawer in the fridge is broken. It has been for at least two years. The ice machine wasn’t working. Overall I would stay at this house again.

This place was one of the cleanest and nicest homes for the money. I didn't rate communication because we had no need to communicate with them. Beds were comfy. House was lovely. Welll-stocked kitchen and bathroom. Thanks!
