Pros: Location. Close to everything we wanted to do. Camel’s back hike, Greenbelt, great dog park at Ann Morrison park, ice cream spot down the street and a Fred Meyer’s within minutes. Dog friendly, very appreciative of this. The bed was very comfortable and there were nice touches in the bathroom like soap, shampoo, conditioner, feminine hygiene products, razors, toothbrushes/paste, qtips, etc. Host was responsive with the issues that we had while staying which was appreciated.
Cons: there was trash left on the heater/fireplace when we first arrived (not a big deal, but would have expected it to be fully clean upon arrival), everything else was clean so maybe they just forgot to take it out? Traveled with my dog and she loved the backyard, however, I found several decent sized shards of broken glass in the yard. I am very thankful my dog did not cut her paws on them. The neighbor played drums every day we were there which was annoying when we were not out and about, but the biggest issue was that they continued until 11 to midnight each night. Had to file a noise complaint with the police department. The host, did say she would talk to the neighbors to prevent this in the future which is good. Personally not a fan of the no shoe rule and no eating or drinking on the furniture. The space is very small so when going from the front door to the backyard I’d like to be able to keep my shoes on (knowing if it leaves dirt or anything I would clean it up).
