“I picked this condo because they have two snorkel locations and a beach right next door. Also, Dive Friends is within feet of the front door. It's a corner unit overlooking the bay. Even with the airport right there, the complex was quite with very limited airport noise. The owner, Christine was very responsive and even sent out a very detailed welcome packet. All the condos here at Sand Dollar have a balcony and an ocean view.Bari reef is right out in front of the property and a snorkeler's paradise. It is a very easy entry and exit.The best thing about this rental is communication with the property manager. I had many many questions and she tirelessly answered them each time within minutes.”

Most of all we liked that we could walk across the street and snorkel right in front of our unit! The owners met us at the airport and took us to the place. “Nice property. Main road in was closed for construction, so finding it was difficult as directions were flawed. Main problem is poor design, the condo complex does not take advantage of the trade winds so the condo itself is stuffy, the nice front porch collects quite a bit of dust every day, and the beautiful front door lacks screens. If you close the doors, you are protected from mosquitoes (dengue fever, Chikungynya virus are both present on the island) but there is no AC and poor ventilation...
