“I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Cigarette butts littered the grounds. The biggest issue was our non-smoking room, which reeked of smoke. It permeated the walls, furniture, and bed, making it difficult to breathe. When we asked the front desk, they said the room used to be a smoking room, and although they tried to remove the smell, it was impossible. There was furniture stacked in the hallways, and our...

“The room was just okay. Breakfast was decent if you want a waffle or snacks (only had water and coffee for drinks). They allowed some sketchy people to hang outside in the parking lot. I don’t even think they were guests, so we worried about leaving anything in the car. ”

“While this is an older property, the room was clean and showed signs of recent renovations. Walls appeared to be freshly painted and the bed was new. The manager was very friendly and provided her personal cell phone number in case anything needed attention overnight. In my opinion, this was an exceptional value for the money. Its location close to historic Saint Genevieve makes it an ideal chose for visitors on a budget. I would recommend to anyone.”

“When checking in the staff was great. Stay was relaxing. Only downside was the carpeted floors in the bunk bed room. Appears the carpet under the beds has not been vacuumed in a bit with the dust, dead bugs and cobwebs. Had my wife not dropped an ear ring, would never have noticed so not a big thing. ”

“Room was clean, they are painting rooms, but not really updating the rooms. Maybe our room wasn't updated yet don't know. The lady at check in was great very friendly. The door to the outside had duck tape to keep it open, hopefully that is temporary. The stay was better than the first time we stayed. The 1st time bad odor in the hallway, that was gone this time which was an improvement.”

“Our room was clean and very comfortable. Although the girl is under construction right now, we didn't even notice until our second day! The staff is very nice and, I'm happy to report, the coffee is good and strong. Thank you - we look forward to seeing you next time! ”
