“arrived during Holy Week festivities. Road was blocked off and very busy. Parked in a public car park several minutes walk away. Not a problem as only had overnight bags. Friendly & easy check in. Our room overlooked the street so was able to view one of the processions. Food in hotel restaurant looked excellent and was value for money along with the drinks. Great service.Only comment to be made on the room was a tight space between table & bed.”

“Let's first admit I did not careful check the facilities of the hotel. But it is a scandal that 2023 a hotel doesn't have air-conditioning. The single room is also a scandal. The bed almost occupies the whole room. Nowadays it should be Normal to offer single travelers Double bed for the same price. The price/quality ratio is not correct. ”

“This is a nice hotel that is a 5 minute walk to the old city. We paid extra for a room with a kitchenette which was convenient for keeping our breakfast things, making coffee and keeping our beers cold. There is a grocery store on the same road as the hotel, on the way to the old city. There is also free parking in a lot 2 blocks behind the hotel. It backs onto the castle grounds. “This property is clearly not at its best during what we discovered only after we arrived as their "off-season." The restaurant was closed, even though we were told it would be open during the weekend. It was difficult to find anything fully open. Our thoughts about our stay were compounded by very cool, very wet, and very overcast weather conditions. We do not recommend visiting this area after mid-September!”

“Our stay at Sarrato Aparthotel was absolutely wonderful. The cosy studio had everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home.
