High End Boulder Home, 4 camere da letto, a pochi passi dal centro commerciale Pearl Street

Situata in un quartiere tranquillo, la nostra casa si trova a breve distanza a piedi dal Pearl Street Mall, dal 29th Street Mall, dalla CU e da tutte le attività ricreative che Boulder ha da offrire.

Terminata nel 2007, questa casa dispone di 4 camere da letto, 3 bagni e 1/2, una bella cucina di fascia alta, una sala da pranzo, un soggiorno con camino e un sacco di spazio per rilassarsi godendo tutto ciò che Boulder ha da offrire.

La nostra casa di lusso Boulder è stata completata alla fine del 2007 e dispone di 4 camere da letto tra cui una grande suite padronale con balcone e vista sul Flatiron e un letto king size. Goditi un bagno nella vasca idromassaggio o un vapore nella doccia Master Bath. La seconda e la terza camera da letto dispongono di letti queen size, mentre la camera a castello ha un letto a castello pieno / doppio e un letto singolo. Le due camere da letto matrimoniali sono collegate dal bagno Jack & Jill e c'è un terzo bagno completo al secondo livello per facilitare la preparazione agli eventi speciali, anche per un gruppo numeroso.

Il piano principale dispone di un grande tavolo da pranzo con molti posti a sedere per grandi gruppi e un accogliente soggiorno per sedersi e godersi un caldo fuoco di legna. C'è anche un grande ponte posteriore con una griglia a gas per l'intrattenimento esterno.

Gli ospiti hanno pieno accesso al primo e al secondo piano della casa, insieme al ponte posteriore e al cortile.

La nostra casa si trova a breve distanza a piedi dalla maggior parte dei servizi di Boulder e siamo vicini ai trasporti pubblici.

Graduation 2024
My son graduated from CU and I was born and raised here so most all of my family lives in Colorado. As such, needed a bigger house to host family and friends for graduation festivities occurring throughout the week. The house was perfect! Large spacious rooms, also large kitchen with everything needed to host a well attended graduation BBQ! Backyard and location was perfect, easy to walk to Pearl Street. And the built in steam room in the master shower was awesome! Would absolutely recommend it, clean comfortable and perfect location!

Business Trip
We rented this property for a business trip and worked out of the home for a week. The house was gorgeous and immaculate not to mention in a terrific location. Everyone enjoyed this home and the host was fantastic to work with. We will definitely book again in the future should we travel to Boulder.

Great location beautiful home.
This location is amazing however there were several things that we think should be addressed. 1. Sheets in one of the queen bedrooms were ripped & stained making it obvious that it hadn’t been changed. 2. The other queen room mattress was so bad that my son in law slept on the floor and our grand baby slept with us. 3. The white bath towels smelled mildewy need to be replaced. 4. We had to clean up trash two morning in a row. Cement blocks did not work to keep raccoon out. Trash cans need to be attached to the wood wall and bungee corded shut!! 5. Broken chair in the deck. 6. We feel that your cleaning crew should be re evaluated. Floor sticky in areas. Microwave dirty. Bathrooms weren’t clean. We certainly expect to receive our security deposit because we left the home cleaner that we found it. 4.

Michaels house was great!! Great kitchen fully equipped, decks from both floors and only .9 miles from Pearl Street. Even with a clogging situation, occurred, Michael sent someone right away to fix the problem.

Great location and plenty of space!
Two moms brought our three teenage sons to CO for a soccer tournament in Commerce City (not a bad drive). We loved being able to walk to so many great shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. I also enjoyed being able to walk up to the college campus to explore. The house had plenty of room for us and the kitchen is huge. There was lots of street parking and it was a quiet neighborhood.

Famiy weekend in boulder
Property was easy to get to and walkable everywhere. Construction in backyard was a bit messy but did not impede. Neighbors definitely do not like the property being a Vrbo. Missed the extra touches to make this a five star- Hand soaps kitchen supplies upgraded linens would make this a five star. Overall a solid four property we would go back to save the nosy angry neighbors.

Great family home in Boulder
We enjoyed the home immensely. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The porch is perfect for outside dining when the weather cooperates. It’s a reasonable walk to Pearl Street and the sights to see in Boulder. If it was any closer the noise and crowds might have been an issue. We’d definitely stay there again.

Had a small issue with the front door lock, but the owner came right away and resolved the issue. Great communication with the owner. The house is beautiful with views of the mountains. Walking distance to Pearl street. Fabulous Gourmet kitchen. This house has everything.

Wedding Weekend
This property was beautiful! It was perfect for our family of 5, all adults, for our son’s wedding, which was held up in the canyon a short drive from the house. The kitchen was massive & the master bedroom had a stunning view of the flatirons. The view was so perfect that the bridal couple use it for their “1st look”! The neighborhood was quiet and charming and the owner was close by for whatever we needed. We would definitely consider staying there again as Pearl St and restaurants were so convenient! Kudos on all levels.

Great Boulder vacation home!
We loved our stay at this Boulder home. The house was beautiful and the location is excellent. Lots of great restaurants but the kitchen is very well appointed if you prefer to stay in and cook. We would definitely stay here again.

Wedding weekend
I can’t say enough good things about this property. We were in Boulder for our daughters wedding. We had grandparents and siblings staying with us (6 adults) The house accommodated us perfectly. The location was awesome, we walked to Pearl St one morning. We had the bridesmaids come for brunch one morning and the big open kitchen was plenty of room for us. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this house.
