Cottage a Bournemouth

“We had an enjoyable stay particularly as all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they did not provide evening meals however there are plenty of places to eat in walking distance. Breakfast was a delight. If we decide to visit the area again in the future this hotel would be on our list of places to stay.”

“I stayed at the Laguna as it's my go to hotel when in Poole/Bournemouth. The hotel is clean but not the cleanest, staff are friendly happy and helpful. The hotel is located close to Bournemouth centre, an easy 10 minutes stroll through the pleasure gardens will get you to town centre bars restaurant, shops etc and the beach is just a few minutes further walking. Free parking at the hotel is a big plus and on cloudy or rainy days the hotels own indoor pool is a massive bonus if you have children...

“Nice hotel, close to the centre and an easy walk to the beach. Very clean. A bit dated in areas - but nothing to worry about. Tip - if you are using the pool bring flip flops and a robe as the changing rooms are down some stairs and are a bit cold - this way yiu could just straight from/to your room.”

“Nice pool and sauna. Good location central of bournemouth. Staff was excelllent, our first night the rooms air conditioning was broken and it was late when we got back so we just tried sleeping and figured we'd talk to member of staff about it the next day. We did just that and they changed our room for us. Downside is that they didnt clean the room on the third day despite us leaving the room fairly early, could be because of the room change though, so not sure. We did ring up for fresh new...

“Fantastic location right on the beach. Sea view room worth the extra. Staff were very attentive, wonderfully cheerful & nothing was too much trouble. The room was well equipped, almost too much furniture, & the only criticism was that the mattress needs replacing & was too soft & lumpy. The bathroom was large & well equipped, the small fridge was very useful. Ventana restaurant was superb, delicious food & very good value. ”

“Noi abbiamo optato per la soluzione appartamento. La cucina era super attrezzata con frigo, forno e micro onde. La camera aveva un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo - nonstante i letti era molto spaziosa. Il salotto sembrava un vero salotto da casa. I letti erano comodi. Mi dispiace che siamo rimasti solo tre giorni. ”
