Private, family friendly lake home w/sandy beach in Crosslake on Pine Lake

A private, family-friendly haven awaits with a secluded, southern exposure beach, crystal-clear waters and sandy floor of Pine Lake and a beautiful knotty-pine lake home on 1.6 acres. Up to 10 guests will be comfortable in this 3-bedroom, 2- full bath home in Crosslake. Enjoy views of the beach and lake from the two-story window, screened-in porch or wrap-around deck or take a 30ft stroll through the grass to swim, play or watch kiddos in the water. With other attractions and Whitefish chain nearby, there’s sure to be something for everyone to enjoy!

LOFT: Bedroom 1: King Bed + Twin bed + Full Bathroom
MAIN FLOOR: Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: Twin bunk beds + Queen Bed | 2nd Full Bathroom | Two single cots | Pack’N’Play | Washer + Dryer

The cabin interior is entirely knotty pine and features Northwoods decor with log furniture, making the space feel welcoming, cozy and “Up North.” The Kitchen is fully equipped (including dishware for kiddos) with plenty of seating with barstools at the counter and chairs around a large table with booster seat available if needed. The living room and loft have TVs for when you’re craving relaxing downtime out of the sun. Finally, the 3 season screened-in porch with a bar storage and cooler is a perfect outdoor hangout without all the bugs! All three living spaces offer seating facing the lake for gorgeous views or to keep an eye on the kids.

Outside, enjoy the shade of the mature oak trees while lounging or making meals on the gas grill on the wrap around deck. Take advantage of the large lawn to play yard games or swing on the swing set. The sandy beach and provided beach/water toys add to the fun, especially on this secluded property and quiet lake. Beach towels available. Right off of the sandy beach is a dock for your use and to tie up a boat if needed (Pine Lake has a public access ½ mile down the road). At night, enjoy s’mores or your bevie of choice around the outdoor fire pit. Parking is available for up to 4 cars and includes a extra paved space for vehicle/trailer turn-around.

With Minnesota offering all 4 seasons, the activities are endless! Enjoy boating, golfing, fishing, ATV trails, biking, cross country skiing, ice fishing, snowmobiling (very close to property) hunting and more!

Awesome golf options are nearby including: Deacon’s Lodge (12 mins), Golden Eagle Golf Club (16 mins), White Fish Golf Club (14 mins), Crosswoods Golf Course (5mins).

Great spot!
This property was perfect for a family gathering! The kids loved playing catch with a football in the yard, the swingset and fishing from the dock. The adults loved the campfire area and overall the relaxing vibe of the place. It has anything you could want and is close to other fun attractions. Would stay here any day!

Beautiful Place and Gracious Hosts
We had a wonderful weekend in this lovely cabin. The location is right on the lake in a wooded area and near the town of Cross Lake. Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen was great as we enjoy cooking. The accommodations were just right for our party. Importantly, the hosts were very responsive and eager to make our stay an enjoyable one.

Lovely house and location

Family Getaway
This cabin was everything we hoped it would be. Excellent location in the heart of Crosslake, close to many restaurants along with mini-golf and ice cream for the kiddo’s. Big Pine lake while shallow was great for our rented pontoon, and swimming for the kids. The Peterson’s were excellent to work with, and got back to us on anything we needed. Highly recommend, we will be back!

This property was very clean and inviting. We loved the warm welcome provided by the owners. Our communication with the owners was very good and any questions were responded to quickly. Perfect get away for our family vacation! We loved everything about this property. Beautiful home! Great location. Amazing fishing. I loved everything. The house, the view, the dock, the fire pit, the kayaks, the screened in porch…just to name a few things. We walked into a gorgeous view and a housewarming gift from the owners. The sheets and blankets were soft, the beds and furniture were so comfortable, the dishes were nice. It was well stocked with everything you could think of or need. Fun in July
This was our second time renting this wonderful cabin/ lake home. We love the location, cleanliness, amenities, and great communication with the owners. This year we had dishwasher problems. Owner Andy immediately responded, and had a new dishwasher installed the next day. With attentive owners like that, we look forward to many more visits to this Pine Lake gem.

Lovely cabin!
Another amazing week at this cabin! We brought our 3 kids (8, 6, and 3) and this place is perfect for kids. We could see them in the yard and beach from the cabin. The attached 3 season porch was also very relaxing with our kids inside. We have been coming here for 3 summers now and are looking forward to another trip next summer!

We were so lucky to find this place- the ultimate cabin getaway experience. Beautiful cabin, spacious with lots of beds and immaculately clean. The deck, bonfire pit with chairs, screened porch, and dock on a beautiful, quiet lake were amazing. The hosts had anticipated every possible need including games, s’mores and more. Fantastic Girls Trip
The four of us had a wonderful time at this lovely cabin! Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice, the best view of the lake from the loft bedroom! We enjoyed the use of the kayaks and having happy hour at the picnic table on the deck. (The deck could use some board replacement.) Text questions to the owner were answered promptly. This was a great cabin for our girls retreat!

Amazing Girlfriends Weekend
There are 8 of us (in our 40s) that get together every spring for a girlfriends weekend. We enjoyed every moment at this cabin, so much that we plan to book for next year as well. The cabin is exactly as pictured, but so much more. There was plenty of space for our group to relax, play cards, enjoy dinner on the deck, and sit around the bonfire. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked, down to providing all the necessary cleaning supplies (dish soap, dishwasher pods, etc). There was plenty of towels, paper towels, and toilet paper to last the weekend (that is not always necessarily provided). The beds were really comfortable and the two bathrooms were spacious. We were sad to leave, but excited to know we can book for next year and enjoy this cabin once again!

Perfect for young kids
The property was exactly as advertised, but bonus they had everything you need traveling with a toddler including toys! We spent most of the day running from the beach to the extra large driveway we brought her bike for. The pictures don’t do the view justice, it’s gorgeous! Close to all the up north fun, but you would never need to leave the property!

My family gathered from multiple states, and it was the perfect place to sit by the fire and reminisce about the times we were kids and spent time in northern MN. The living space was so comfortable and immediately gave us a vibe of relaxation. This property is awesome! The lake home is amazingly clean and has very comfortable accommodations. Fishing off the dock was great, catching crappies, pumpkin seeds, sunnies & bass fish. Kids enjoyed the sandy beach area, although the water was a little weedy- which is common for this time of year. Overall its a great family friendly place, we highly recommend it!!

Wonderful week
We had a wonderful week at this lake home. Communication with the owners was immediate and helpful. Our group of 6 adults and one 3 year old found the home very comfortable, easy to find and spotlessly clean. The little one loved the swings and sand beach. We used the public beach at nearby Pelican Lake for swimming. We'd love to rent this home again!
