“Room was very clean and comfortable, staff were super friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. I was able to charge my car overnight with a full charge for £15.00. There was an initial issue finding our booking so we had to wait a little while to check in. There is custom firmware on the TV so if you want to stream from any apps bring a fire stick or something similar. Really rate this hotel will definitely stay here again.”

Location un poco decentrata ma molto piacevole.

"Personale gentilissimo, camere spaziose e pulite con bagno confortevole. Parcheggio comodo e sicuro accanto all’Hotel. Noi abbiamo anche cenato menu semplice ma piacevole. La colazione potrebbe migliorare. Location sul fiume a 15 minuti a piedi in salita dal centro. Hotel con piscina che noi non abbiamo utilizzato"

Sweet surrender on the quayside

"Posizionato in un posto strategico, vicino alla stazione e al Castello, in pieno centro è, secondo me, la scelta ideale per visitare la splendida città di Newcastle Upon Tyne... e, se fate come me, e cercate i momenti di Mark Knopfler e dei Dire Straits, a pochi passi capirete cosa sono i Dog Leap Stairs citati in "Down to the Waterline" "
