Hotel a Brasstown

“Everything was good except for the Marijuana smell coming from the door adjacent room. If I could smell it. I know the cleaning staff could, but it persisted.”

“It was a convenient place to stay. Room was clean. Staff were helpful and nice. The music room next door (the picking’ shed) was an added bonus.”

“Signage needs fixing. Drove by hotel and spent 15 mins in circles in a housing area near hotel driveway. Big sign was out of view up in the air 50 ft or more. Good for highway visability, bad at eye level trying to find hotel which was located out of sight after turning onto Sky road. Bad experience.”

“We had to wait literally 10-15 minutes before anyone came to the front desk. We called the "800" number to ring the front desk while standing there and still no one. Finally, a young man emerged from somewhere down the hall. While we were checking in "later," it was only 8:30-9:00pm. Weird! Then, we got to our room and as soon as we turned on the lamp....the power to the entire room went out. Weird again! We moved rooms...no issues changing, but this room had a bad odor (like urine). It was...

“Breakfast was almost non-existent. I don’t know if the breakfast area is contracted, because the guys was leaving at the end if the week, but there was very little in the way of stuff on the breakfast bar.”
