Enjoy your stay in our luxury apartment by the Danube riverfront on the Danube promenade. The place is located near many restaurants, bars and shops. In our luxury apartment there is a double bed and large sofa for comfort of your friends. In the morning you can enjoy your tea or coffee right on the terrace with in a beautiful view of the beautiful Danube and the amazing promenade.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please observe the following rules:

⌛️No parties. Please respect the laws regarding noise levels from 22:00 to 06:00.

🚭No Smoking. An amount of 600€ will be imposed for any violation, along with immediate cancellation without refund.


🔄Late Check-out must be approved in advance.
We can provide early check-in for a fee:
Arrival at 12:00: 50€
Arrival at 13:00: 35€
Arrival at 14:00: 20€
Arrival at 15:00: 10€

🔐Loss of Keys and Key Recovery:
Loss of keys will result in a 100€ fine for lock replacement, new keys and associated costs.
If keys are not returned, 50€ fine is imposed due to the inconvenience caused to the cleaner and management.

🚯Damage and Additional Costs:
Any damages or additional costs incurred to the apartment will be charged based on actual expenses and an hourly rate of 25€ for the time taken to resolve.
We don't expect you to leave apartment spot clean, but in case apartment is left in bad conditions and deep cleaning required, we charge 80€ per cleaning on top of original 40€.
