“We were a group of 9- multi- generational with ages 8 to 70. This home was very family- friendly with lots of spaces to spread out, and a large dining table for gathering for meals. It is a bit of a hike to get there, including 60 steps, but quiet and in a lovely setting with a great view of the Jungfrau from the balcony and back terrace. “The house was incredible. The view was amazing. We enjoyed watching the ducks and swans. The only problem was finding the house the first time. It was well located for skiing and the slopes were not over crowded. Kitchen was outstanding and well equipped. Living room was comfortable. We had a great time. ”

Auf dem Parkplatz befindet sich direkt ein Brunnen, durch das wunderbar frisches und schmackhaftes Bergquellwasser läuft. Direkt daneben sieht man die traumhafte Aussicht ins Tal und den Sarner See. Durch die hohe Lage ist man ziemlich abgeschieden und kann die Zeit in Ruhe genießen, einzig die Kühe und Schafe der nahe gelegenen Weiden...

“We liked the location being outside of the fancier, pricier options. Host communicated great and was flexible on check in and out times. Decent amount of amenities. ”

“We enjoyed our stay in Lauterbrunnen. While the town itself was very busy the central location of Lauterbrunnen allowed us to quickly escape the hustle and bustle and explore the surrounding mountains. The home had everything we needed. For us as international travellers it would have been helpful to have some instructions on the laundry machines and oven, as the symbols were different. All in all a wonderful stay. ”

“Cannot give anything else other than 5 stars purely for the location. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds although the doubles were 2 camp beds pushed together. Nice cabin feel but could do with being updated. TV was too small but the view outside made up for this. WiFi was good with no dropping out at all. “Our family of 5 (aged 18+) had a wonderful stay in Chalet Esther, Brienz. The weather was perfect while we were there, so we spent most of our time exploring the whole area. But, we always came home for dinner together. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook (no microwave), and grocery stores were easy to get to.
