We ended up using plastic utensils as several forks and knives were dirty.- coffee maker didn’t work- debris on ground of kitchen- the apartment is dark! “The unit itself is great and very clean. My main complaint was with the check in process. We didn’t have our check in information until an hour before our check in time. This is a major issue especially with a long day of travel. Once we got the information everything went smoothly but it was very stressful leading up to that time.”
