“The apartment is recently renovated with on-street parking with opposite side street cleaning restrictions for 1.5 hours on Thursday (one side) and Friday (the other). Easy to find spots anytime during the day, but try to park by 4-ish because it's harder after peole get back from work. The apartment has a huge primary bedroom with a king bed, sofa and large TV. The second BR is small but enough space for a queen bed and storage. The sitting area has one couch and 3 barstools at the counter...

“Eche was a wonderful host. We couldn't figure out how to get into the second door of the apartment and the first call he answered and stayed on the phone to make sure we got in. The place was very clean and had a homie feel. Only a 10 minute ride from LaGuardia and a few blocks away from the subway ( 8-10 minute walk) which made it easy to get to Manhattan. Four adults stayed here comfortably. I would definitely recommend staying here.”

“The place is disgusting. The renter doesn't communicate with you about anything. We waited in the cold of NYC for 3 hours for the key. The owner gave us the wrong code for the key fob. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE OWNER IS GARBAGE.”
