“Very clean, comfortable bed!”

“I understand that a new owner is working on repairs and refreshing the hotel. The outside was freshly painted white. I noted some damage in our bathroom and reported it. We found the hotel very quiet and the staff mostly friendly. It was bedlam on the weekend at breakfast time. Perhaps rearranging or adding another serving area would help. “Went to use the pool and they said it wasn’t open. Would not even let us sit outside and enjoy the sun. Stay there five days and never changed our sheets made her bed or provide a towel service. Got to the continental breakfast at 9:04 the food was already put away and they said we missed it even though the food was still out”
