“Country Inn & Suites was a perfect location for our purpose for visiting Lubbock. Was also close to the Loop. Property was clean; the staff was friendly; room was clean. The breakfast which is complimentary had a variety of choices. Will consider Country Inn again for my stay in Lubbock”

They were not only helpful and accommodating but comforting and supportive. They stayed on the phone with me until my room was ready and made me feel like a member of their family. “I did not like how there was only 1 light fixture in the entire room, had to depend on the 3 lamps in the room. I thought The hotel room was clean but pretty outdated for the price. The indoor pool water was absolutely freezing for it being an “indoor” pool. Disliked that they charge a temporary $100 deposit fee that will be refunded in 3-15 business days. we enjoyed our stay but definitely think the rooms could be more updated for the price they charge! ”
