“I paid extra on graduation weekend for a suite. However when I checked in at 3:30 they had no room for us. They eventually sent us to a room that was not ready nor was it a suite. Finally at 4:00 she had a room with 2 beds but no suite. We have snoring issues so a separate room was important. We had no choice but to take it. I strongly felt my room should be reduced in price since it did not have a suite. They said it was up to Expedia to adjust the price. Furthermore, it was a handicap room...

“This hotel was a huge disappointment. We arrived at 8pm and checked into a uncleared room. Ther Front desk staff, who was the only staff on the property cleaned a room for us only to discover the toilet didn’t work and had to clean another room . We didn’t get into until 2 hours later. The reason was there was a shortage on housekeepers. The room itself was run down with little care. We felt so bad for the young staff as other guests were turned away because of dirty rooms.”
