Hotel a Browns Chapel

“We were travelling with a pet. Their noses and behavior tell us alot about a hotel. Gambit after being in 4 hotels this trip found yours to be the only one he relaxed in. Frankly it was clean to us and with a pet we tend to scout out the rooms before we let him roam. In on of the last hotels we found someone's prescription drugs behind the window curtain that could have been a very bad problem. Thank you for accomidating our pet (rabbit) and having such clean rooms and great breakfast. ...

“Older golf resort with restaurant and tiki deck closed. Indoor pool closed. Outdoor pool looks very old and closed. Price was right for golfers.”

“Well first of all I will not sway from a Hampton or a Hilton again . We arrived after 10 pm and the price was 240.00 . We paid 207 on Expedia and the guy at the front gave us a handicap room with no air . It was off when we walked in and the temp in the room was 85. After 2 hrs we had to move rooms at midnight because it was 83 . The water pressure is horrible in the showers and the rooms were not clean . I would not stay there again . “Las habitaciones están siendo renovadas y por tanto, están bastante bien. Hay toallas para la piscina, lo cual es de agradecer, aunque nosotras teníamos las nuestras. El desayuno bien. Un poco de todo. El recepcionista que nos hizo el check-in muy agradable. En resumen, todo bien a pesar de los obreros que iban y venían. He de decir que eran bastante silenciosos.”

“The check in person was very helpful providing a more appropriate room. I didn’t need a suite.”

“The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, the room smelled like wet dog and everything in the room was covered with dust. Also, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so you can't see in the mirror after showering.”

“Room was wonderful! Spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good! The only complaint I have is the fitted sheet didn’t stay on the mattress when sleeping and the shower liner was too short to stay in the tub so water would get everywhere when showering.”

“If you are visiting Kendrick Family Ballpark, this is the ideal place to stay. It is directly across the street. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Though breakfast is not included, the in-lobby Starbucks provides more than enough options for breakfast. The only negative, the rooms do not have microwaves.”

“The place was decent for the price. We had our dog, so we were placed in a pet room. Room was outdated, clean, but smelt like cat piss. Perhaps in the carpets.”

“We got in fairly late and realized once we had changed for bed we had no glasses. Then the next morning after a shower we realized we had no bath towels. (Try drying off with a hand towel) We were a little concerned that we would be accused of taking these things with us so we let them know at the front desk that they had been missing from our room. The girl at the front desk said that the towels were probably still in the dryer and I guess they didn’t make it to the room. No apology, just that...
