“The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, the room smelled like wet dog and everything in the room was covered with dust. Also, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so you can't see in the mirror after showering.”

“We got in fairly late and realized once we had changed for bed we had no glasses. Then the next morning after a shower we realized we had no bath towels. (Try drying off with a hand towel) We were a little concerned that we would be accused of taking these things with us so we let them know at the front desk that they had been missing from our room.
