“It was terrible!!! Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!! Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!! We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK ”

“Just amazing ”

“Hotel é un po’ datato e andrebbe rinfrescato la nostra camera era bella grande e silenziosa ma aveva una grossa macchia Di infiltrazione sul soffitto la colazione anche se ne propongono diversi tipi che si devono scegliere la sera prima e questo a me non é piaciuto va migliorata il cibo era insufficiente e nella colazione inglese non c’erano ne dolci ne brioche come ho trovato in altri hotels ”

“We have just returned after a stay in this property. All I can say is WOW! It has everything you need. If you forget any toiletries the owner David has supplied a box in the bathroom with an assortment in. He even supplies eye masks and ear plugs. We stayed in the Spa room the bed was comfortable with extra blankets if needed and black out blinds. The TV showed Amazon prime and netflix. The bathroom is big with a massive jacuzzi bath. The whole property is spotless. I defy anyone to find any...

The room was pleasant enough .For what we paid would have expected a lot better.”

“When we first arrived at this cottage, we couldn't believe our eyes. It is a large house but with a cosy cottage feel and is so clean. Upon arrival we found that milk and a bottle of wine had been left in the fridge for us which was a lovely surprise. The house was extremely warm and this was without using the log burner. Everything had been decorated to a high standard and it was a pleasure staying here. Burley itself is a quaint little village with a couple of pubs, tea rooms and a few shops....
