“It was terrible!!! Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!! Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!! We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK ”

“Bit of a pain having to check into a different hotel before going to the one I actually booked. But for the price it was fine, clean and tidy. Very noisy though with traffic outside and people walking about on creaking floorboards and every door slamming. ”

“Little Robins Gate is amazing for a peaceful getaway. We had the spa room and the jacuzzi was great. The room was spotless and had some nice personal touches. Will definitely be staying again in the future.”

“Hotel é un po’ datato e andrebbe rinfrescato la nostra camera era bella grande e silenziosa ma aveva una grossa macchia Di infiltrazione sul soffitto la colazione anche se ne propongono diversi tipi che si devono scegliere la sera prima e questo a me non é piaciuto va migliorata il cibo era insufficiente e nella colazione inglese non c’erano ne dolci ne brioche come ho trovato in altri hotels ”
