I was late checking in, 11pm, yet the host was there to greet me on arrival. I was also early to leave in the morning so no time for breakfast served from 8am-9am. “Only a continental breakfast available which was limited. The bedroom was spacious and newly refurbished. It had everything we needed. Great location for Wells centre.”

“The bedroom had no heating so we had to ask if a radiator could be provided. The bathroom the towel rail did not heat up and was extremely cold.”

“Lovely room at top, very spacious, extremely comfortable bed, bathroom spacious. Cooked breakfast was superb and beautifully presented. Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Weeny downside, I had already paid via Expedia, my partner didn't realise, and when checking in, whilst I was elsewhere, paid for the room.
