“They don’t change sheets, don’t pickup garbage, neither give you towels during whole your stay. I stayed for 2 nights and nobody picked up the garbage, neither gave a clean towels! It is insane and not normal. The concierge is friendly but that is irrelevant while you don’t get basic needs. Only good thing is the location, very central ”

“The front desk staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I could reach them via text on WhatsApp for directions when I was away, or for recommendations. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. When I needed something extra the staff found it for me. There was some light wear and tear on the walls, but nothing too bad. The area was easy to get to the Dolmabahce Saray and Taksim Square. We would definitely stay here again.”

Konum internette yanlış yeri gösterdiği için ve gecenin karanlığından ötürü yeri bulmakta zorlandık ve biraz da yorulduk ancak odanın genişliği ve rahatlığı birçok yere kıyasla çok iyiydi. İki gece boyunca çözülmeyen internet sorunu birçok kez aramamıza rağmen çözüme kavuşmadı ve kapının hemen yanında olan modemin çekmeyip de çevredeki esnafların ağlarının gözükmesi yağmur kaynaklı denerek geçiştirildi imajı verdi, ek olarak bize söylenen sorunla...

“Adaya inip ön büroda kayıt sırasında ,hem market alışveriş poşetlerimizi hem de bavullarımızı apart görevlisi bize eşlik ederek elektrikli araçla getirdi, bu büyük bir kolaylık oldu.Apartta seçtiğimiz kat havuza yakın oluşu ve büyük balkon ve harika çam ağaçları ve deniz manzarası ile çok güzeldi, ayrıca tüm odalar ve mutfak oldukça geniş ve konforlu idi. Çok memnun kaldık, yeniden tercih edeceğiz”
