“While the breakfast was great, the staff stopped me using the spersoo machin without her allowance assuming I can not pay the coffee and even took the coffe back midway making it !”

“They don’t change sheets, don’t pickup garbage, neither give you towels during whole your stay. I stayed for 2 nights and nobody picked up the garbage, neither gave a clean towels! It is insane and not normal. The concierge is friendly but that is irrelevant while you don’t get basic needs. Only good thing is the location, very central ”
