Ci sono 9 letti separati composti da 2 matrimoniali, 1 matrimoniale, 2 letti singoli, 2 sedie estraibili (doppie) e 2 divani estraibili (1 matrimoniale e 1 letto matrimoniale). La proprietà si trova sul lago Berry, che è un lago di 68 acri adatto per varie attività di canottaggio ad alta velocità e moto d'acqua. A parte questo, puoi trascorrere il tuo tempo rilassandoti sul lago, pescando al largo del molo, nuotando o utilizzando l'ampio interno ed esterno della casa. Il dock è disponibile anche per l'attracco di barche e / o moto d'acqua. L'uso dei nostri Kayak, Row Boat e Peddle Boat è incluso. Berry Lake è anche un eccellente lago per la pesca sul ghiaccio ed è vicino alle piste da neve e alle piste ORV. La stazione sciistica di Caberfae Peaks è a 20 min. guidare con alcuni dei migliori sci del Michigan.

Spacious house - wonderful lake
We really enjoyed our stay - the 2nd time staying at this house. Nicely furnished and lots of space for hanging out. We loved using the boats and enjoying being out on the water.

Family vacation
Clean house. Safe neighborhood. Beautiful small all sports lake. Took our boat and tubed for 2 days and had the lake to ourselves. The littles loved the backyard and being able to swim in their private beach.

Our Great Stay
The property was perfect for our one week family stay. The house itself is beautiful, spacious, and accommodating. We all enjoyed the large yard equipped with a lakefront gazebo and firepit. The young kids played endlessly on the sandy beachfront and enjoyed the warm lake water. Lake Barrie is a beautiful lake where we enjoyed riding the pedal boat and fishing. Tom was a super host and had answers to any questions and responded quickly to meet our needs. Couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay.

Summer Getaway

Great stay
Property was beautiful and house was more than large enough to accommodate our entire party. The lake was amazing and we had perfect weather. The host was very easy to work and communicate with. I even had two of my party look at potentially booking the same house in the future for family vacations with extended family because it was so nice.

Super fun and easy stay

4th of July Family Trip
This recent trip was my fourth time renting the property. It was wonderful as usual, and Tom is always extremely welcoming and helpful. The fireworks were amazing, and all 7 of us had a great time gathering around the fire pit as we watched the show. Looking forward to the next trip back.

Weekend to remember
My group was looking for a place large enough to hold us all for a weekend get-away. This property is perfect. It is very spacious, accommodating, and located right by the downtown Cadillac area, providing many options for food and things to do outside of the home. The house was fully stocked with things like towels, many blankets, and outdoor activities. The owner was so kind & friendly and helped with the check-in process. We’ve booked many different homes before but this was one of our favorites. Definitely a great choice & you’ll have a blast!

Property that does it all!
Property was just as described and ready for us! We made full use of the boats on the lake, the fire pit, and both kitchens! The proximity to downtown Cadillac also meant we were able to head in to town for dinner one night. We had a great time.

Great for skiing
We have stayed here twice with a large group for ski trips. The location works well and the house is perfect. The owner is very responsive and he had the house warmed up with fireplaces going when we arrived.

Perfect Place!
Met up with family members here again and enjoyed everything very much. Lower level was perfect for gathering, games, and watching football. Great location, beautiful area. We went skiing at Crystal Mountain and Caberfae during our stay. Bowling and Pines pizza before heading out of town. Helpful host with great communication.

Family gathering Funeral
We had un unexpected death in family with less then one week notice I was able to rent this beautiful lakefront home. There were several out of town visitors and we needed somewhere to hang between events without burdenering immediate family members. The large lower level of the home worked out awesome, several cousins were thankful for the space to relax and visit. The multitude of beds worked out great for our family to come together. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again and enjoy the lake. Thank you for your hospitality

The Berry Lake house is great! The house is clean with lots of room. The lake is lovely and the kayaks, rowboat and paddleboat are super fun. Tom was very accommodating...I asked about board games and he even went to the store and purchased some for us to use while at the house! Amazing.

Peaceful property
This was my 3rd time renting this beautiful property with my family. It is spacious, clean and well equipped. Tom makes it very easy to check-in, and he is always accommodating and friendly. My family and I have created wonderful memories at the house, and we will continue to go back every year. We cannot wait to go back!
