“From the listing, it seemed we were in an home/apt with it's own private pool. What we found was it was a small apt with lots of stairs and a pool you share with a whole complex of apartments. Plus, the pool is not heated and too cold to use. And there wasn't a hot tub as listed. It would've been nice.”

“Sehr schönes haus in den Bergen. Die Aussicht ist echt top! Leider haben die Räume innen teilweise etwas Schimmel an den Wänden und die Straße ist die letzten 500m nicht asphaltiert und hat viele Schlaglöcher. Abgesehen davon ist es wunderbares Objekt ist super Lage!”

“Onze eerste indruk was niet zo positief maar daar moet ik dan ook bij vertellen dat wij gewend zijn om op een campjng te staan met alles wat je nodig hebt in de buurt, bv grote supermarkt. Eerst de positieve: prachtig huis, grote tuin, Bellagio, Como, Milaan, lekker uit eten. Grote supermarkt is in Bellagio 15 min. De negatieve; 200 traptreden naar meer zijn erg slecht aangelegd, grote tuin was niet gemaaid en geveegd, stond nog een kapotte tafel. Van Como naar Lezenno is 45 min bochtjes...

“Unsere Familie war für eine Nacht in der wunderschönen Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch, gemütlich und sehr sauber. Alles war genau so wie im Inserat beschrieben. “Plus: Geweldige locatie, geweldige tuin met heerlijk zwembad. Ontvangst vriendelijk en goede communicatie. Min: Binnen 2 slaapkamers met harde bedden. Ook 2 badkamers, die wat verouderd zijn. De kamer met keuken is prima, maar meer niet. Inrichting is kortom gedateerd, met goedkoop ogend meubilair en TL licht. Buiten is zoveel beter dan binnen, dat het echt jammer is dat de eigenaar niet wat meer zorg en liefde aan het interieur heeft besteed. Daarom geen 5 sterren.”

“The stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. Most descriptions were adequate and we found what we expected. Some problems with the water supply were promptly repaired after we informed the owner (Thanks to him - overcoming some language barriers!). The only aspect which was less ideal was the description of the way to get there. The description could be improved as we arrived late in the dark and therefore pathfinding was a bit confusing. It should be mentioned that the streets are not paved at...

“We were greeted upon arrival by Davide with great local information. While space was limited, it was smartly done and worked great. Location was perfect for us. Could walk to Como or hop on the ferry which is about a minute walk. We enjoyed wine each evening on the balcony, which was the highlight for us. Amazing views of the lake and surrounding areas. If we make it back to Lake Como, would hope to stay there again.”

“We were there with 10 ladies. Had all we needed, if not, Matteo made it possible immediately. The pool and the lake view is definitely the best ! The rooms and beds are spacious. Lovely apartment!! We recommend the apartment and the host.”

“Lovely and clean property! Good bedroom and bathroom facilities with a nice view from the bedroom balcony. Only a 28 minute walk from the centre or 5 minutes on the metro. Some nice bars and restaurants around the apartment. Only negative is that it is not made clear that you will be sharing the house with the owner and their dog. However this did not affect us and was not disruptive in any way the dog is very cute :) ”
