The game room was great for our 3 to 7 year-olds and could keep older teens and adults busy for hours as well.The property is large enough to provide space for many people to enjoy a wide range of activities from quieter to more active. “The home was appointed with everything necessary for an easy stay. The pool, spa, and arcade room make it a great place to keep your little ones busy. ”

“The picture of the backyard made it look quite a bit bigger. But regardless, the kids had a GREAT time playing in the pool. Great home for big family gathering. The family walked to the beach and had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend. ”

“This villa worked great for us (a family of 3 adults). We liked the central location, which was 1-2 blocks from downtown, and the amount of space was more than adequate for our needs. The kitchen is small and might be somewhat cramped if you plan to cook meals there; we did not cook, so it was fine. Because we were so close to downtown, and had relatives nearby who gave us a ride if needed, we did not have to rent a car, which was nice.A couple of considerations. There is no washer or dryer...

“Perfectly setup and located beach condo at Pacific Beach. Listing was as described, comfy beds, well appointed kitchen and plenty of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas and boogie boards. Plenty of restaurants across the street and like a 2min walk to the sand. Property mgr was highly responsive and helpful. Unit had two covered reserved parking spots to use behind a locked gate. I would happily stay here again.”

“2 blocks off the main drag through town. Great restaurants, stores, bistros, etc within a short walk. Nice large place, very nice. Neat and tidy grounds.”

“Loved the history of the home and all the spaces designed for games and play. There were 11 of us and the bedroom/bathroom configuration worked well. What was a problem was the kitchen. Although it was stocked with everything and anything we needed…it was small and cut off from the area we congregated. ”

“The location was great, the unit was and the four-unit complex was very quiet, with external grounds that were well maintained. The owner was gracious and very responsive to things that needed immediate attention. Suggestions include ensuring there are comprehensive instructions about the unit, and upgrading of very care-worn outdoor furniture. All in, a great place to stay in Palm Springs.”
