“Loved the history of the home and all the spaces designed for games and play. There were 11 of us and the bedroom/bathroom configuration worked well. What was a problem was the kitchen. Although it was stocked with everything and anything we needed…it was small and cut off from the area we congregated. ”

“I would recommend. We had four adults and 4 tween/teens. Downtown was very close and the house was very fun! The backyard is amazing. The place could use a deep clean, but really it was great for our group. Plenty of space. The kitchen is smaller, so don’t expect to cook. We ate out most of the time, so it was good for us. ”

“This property includes so many amenities that one is tempted not to bother exploring the area. You can spend the day outdoors in the water in the pool, hot tub, and lazy river, drying off at the adjacent bar. Or you can stay indoors in the game room with its six or seven attractions. This is a place where everyone in the family will find something to do.”

“My group was a group of lady friends from college, on a yearly trip together. The house was ok, neighborhood felt safe. Who ever took the photos for this listing did a great job. It’s not a super nice house, but was just ok. A few odd things about the house: The double bedroom/game room is a converted garage. One of the other bedrooms closet doors was broken. There was an odd stain on the couch which we could only guess what is was from. We were looking for a nicer house but it was a busy events...

“Property met our location needs, a stocked kitchen for holiday baking and 3 bathrooms was necessary. The master bath tub was awesome for us, but the master shower had only 2 minutes of hot water. ”

“Lovely and junk decor free, very, very clean, superior communication with property manager, great bed, fluffy linens! Importantly, no check out tasks such as doing laundry or stripping beds (which is what a cleaning fee is for?!?), just garbage and dishwasher, easy peasy. ”

“- The location is amazing, with wonderful sunset views, no parking issues (if you want to park at sunset, it can be difficult but there is parking space at the back of the house). There are a few grocery stores 5 to 12mn away (Jensen's or Trader Joe's to cite a couple...). It is close to the airport, which is convenient if people gather from different places (we had guests flying from from HI, MI and France...) - The house itself is great.
