“Exterior of property, particularly entrance, needs some cleaning up or refurbishing. Didn’t realize the hotel was an “ on your own”, meaning you check in, out, no service whatever. This is not clear in the ad. A bit of a dormitory feel than a hotel.”

“We were very happy with this location and the way they have renovated this motel.Very Cool loved the soaking tub and robes.The coffee shop had delicious coffee.We usually stay at a BB but this was just as good.I would rate it 5 star and proximity to downtown is stellar.Loved the welcoming cookies!!!🍪 ”

“We stop here annually on our drive back to Ohio from Sarasota. If you like quaint charm, this is the place. They have nice touches like wine & cheese in late afternoon & cookies in the evening. Location is perfect! You can walk to the restaurants & shops.”

“Nice Condo with great owners. He shared things to do with some of his favorite restaurants. Big heated pool and hot tub inside and a big heated pool outside. Great boardwalk to the beach and saw the beautiful sunrise. Great for families with Parking passes to get in for better security. ”
