Antico Rustico della seconda metà dell’800,interamente costruito in pietra.Immerso nel verde delle colline.Meravigliosa vista panoramica. A pochi minuti dal mare e da Pietrasanta,famosa citta’ d’arte,meta di artisti,anche in inverno.Vicino alle principali città toscane come Pisa,Lucca ,Pistoia,Firenze,Siena,l’incantevole paese di San Gimignano...L'immobile è dotato di giardino con piscina privata,grande ed interrata che con la sua profonditá graduale,é adatta sia agli adulti che ai bambini.Disposta su due piani,con due ampi salotti con divano letto,una cucina con dispensa,due bagni(uno al primo piano ed uno al secondo),due camere da letto,Luogo tranquillo per tutte le stagioni;le splendide montagne circostanti permettono di effettuare escursioni in ogni periodo dell’anno.

Ottimo soggiorno
Il nostro soggiorno presso la struttura è stato fantastico. La proprietaria Novella è molto simpatica e disponibile. La casa immersa nella natura è munita di ogni confort. Piscina (pulitissima), ampio giardino, gazebo, barbecue. Grazie Novella torneremo a trovarti

We had a lovely stay. Maria Novella was a brilliant host. Giving us all the information we needed but also the space to enjoy our stay. She even cleaned the pool while we were out so it was ready for us to use the next day. Great location with some beautiful beaches and villages nearby.

My family of six had a wonderful stay at this property. After 6 days in Firenze/Roma, we needed a restful break. This house was perfect with its pool and close proximity to the beach. Host was wonderful and very helpful.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht um sich zu erholen
Wir haben als Familie 2 Wochen Urlaub in dem Objekt gemacht. Wir hatten schon im Vorfeld einen netten Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin. Und auch während des Urlaubs hat sie uns wertvolle Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Haus war wunderschön, mit allem was man braucht. Für uns das Wichtigste aufgrund der Hitze war der Pool. Dieser war sehr gepflegt. Wir haben es unheimlich genossen auf der Terasse zu sitzen und über den Pool hinweg in den Ort bis zum Meer zu schauen. Besonders Abends war die Lagen traumhaft. Insgesamt war es ein sehr sehr schöner Urlaub mit Kindern und Hund. Wir kommen sicher wieder. :)

Belle maison typique avec magnifique piscine
Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans la maison de Novella. Nous y avons passé une très bonne semaine. La région est magnifique, les habitants sont charmants. Nous avons visité avec nos 3 enfants et beaucoup profité de la piscine. Novella la propriétaire est une dame gentille très discrète avec qui la communication est optimale. Elle nous a conseillé des endroits pour dîner où nous nous sommes régalés. Nous avions eu aussi des conseils pour les plages mais nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de le faire. Nous avons émis quelques remarques à Novella qui est au courant de ce que je vais expliquer ci-dessous. Merci pour votre accueil Novella et pour la bonne semaine que nous avons passé dans votre maison ! Ce que nous avons aimé : * La magnifique piscine, très bien entretenue, très propre. * La vue superbe sur la baie avec la mer * La gentillesse extrême et la disponibilité de Novella, la propriétaire des lieux. Merci ;-) * Situation idéale pour visiter Pise, Pietrasanta, Carrare, Lucca, ... Ce que nous avons moins aimé : * La vétusté de la maison et son équipement général. La maison est ancienne. Nous aimons les vieilles pierres et cela ne nous pas du tout dérangé. Le gros problème est que la maison ne s'est pas modernisée depuis longtemps. La vaisselle est trop juste pour 5 personnes (assiettes, verres, etc). Avec la chaleur et malgré le fait que nous avions maintenu les stores fermés, il faisait très chaud à l'intérieur. Il manquait des ventilateurs. Nous l'avons demandé à Novella pour la chambre des enfants mais malheureusement, nous n'en n'avons pas reçu. Les ampoules du lustre principal qui manquent quasi toutes (1 seule fonctionne), c'est donc assez sombre le soir. * Il n'y a pas 3 chambres comme précisé dans l'annonce mais bien 2 chambres. Mes 3 enfants ont dormi ensemble grâce à un lit d'appoint, celui-ci devrait être changé car il est très vieux, ma fille de 25 kg sentait les lattes au niveau du matelas. * Nous avons aperçu des rats dans les arbustes à côté de la table à manger. Nous l'avons signalé à Novella qui a mis directement des pièges. Nous lui avons conseillé de faire appel à un dératiseur.

Schöner Pool und Aussicht, ideal mit Hunden
Das Haus an sich ist von innen nicht insgesamt sehr sauber mit alten, verstaubten Möbeln. Aber es hat den italienischen Charme und ist funktionabel. Das tolle ist, dass es für Hunde ideal ist und man nicht jeden Dreck sieht, da es alte Steinböden sind. Der Garten und der Pool sind super und vor allem eingezäunt. Mega schöne Aussicht von der Poolterrasse. Die Gartenmöbel könnten jedoch erneuert werden. Novella ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin.

Sehr schöne Lage,
Hat alles prima geklappt. Nachdem wir uns an das nächtliche Hundegebell gewöhnt hatten, konnten wir den schönen Pool und die Zentrale Lage des Hauses mit allabendlichem Sonnenuntergang genießen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr bemüht um die Gäste, -einschliesslich eines persönlichen Poolchecks mit Terminvereinbarung alle 2 Tage. Ein sehr schönes Plätzchen!

Schöner Garten mit Pool und einem nicht gepflegten Haus
Das Objekt befindet sich in einem kleinen Wohnort am Fuße des Berges mit einer tollen Aussicht. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und wurde auch innen seit Jahren nicht mehr modernisiert. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist zusammen gewürfelt und benötigt dringend neue Küchenutensilien und eine Ausstattung für 6 Personen wäre wünschenswert. Die Bäder benötigen langsam eine Sanierung ebenso die Betten. Da das Haus ziemlich Bund gestrichen ist und dunkle Möbel besitzt wirkt es abends ziemlich dunkel. Der Komfort der alten Betten könnte besser sein. In den warmen Sommertag besitzt das Steinhaus keine Klimaanlage und auch nur einen Ventilator im Schlafzimmer, die anderen Schlafräume ist das eine Qual darin zu schlafen. Der Gartenbereich ist ein Highlight mit dem Schönen Pool. Aber auch dort ist Abends Licht Mangelware, ob am Pool-Pavillon wo man super draußen sitzen könnte mit Licht oder auch der Pool selber besitzt keine Beleuchtung was der Sicherheit der Kinder in meinen Augen sehr wichtig wäre. Der Pool wird von der Besitzerin sehr gepflegt und auch immer mit dem Saugroboter gereinigt. Im großen und ganzen ist der Urlaubt dank dem Wetter, Pool und einer eigenen Putzaktion im Haus einigermaßen gut gewesen. Erwarten Sie nicht zu viel von dem Haus an Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und das Wohl des Gastes.

Superaardige host en heerlijk zwembad
Heerlijke week gehad in een zeer prettig en mooi huis.Zwembad was echt top en prachtig gelegen,Maria was een betrokken host en altijd bereikbaar.Ligging ronduit top Camaiore is een erg mooi stadje en het strand op 10 minuten rij afstand.

Wonderful stay at Novella’s house
Our family (2 adults, 2 teenagers and a baby) spent a week in Novella’s beautiful house and garden. Novella was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and providing a stroller and cot for our baby. She also let our daughter visit their horse. The house and garden was wonderful - even more beautiful than in the pictures. The house is very old with a very charming and authentic atmosphere. The view from the terrace is spectacular and the terrace itself is very lovely. We spent most of our time here. The pool was great - big, clean and a lot of fun especially for the youngsters. Our only suggestions for improvement is providing some basic amenities such as salt and hand soap - that would’ve been very convenient especially since we arrived late in the evening. Thank you Novella for a lovely week!

Great stay in Camaiore
The property was beautiful, especially the pool. Novella is a fantastic host. It was pretty hot when we were there so that lack of a/c was a small issue in the upstairs rooms. No need to set an alarm, the roosters from the neighboring property will make sure you get an early start if you are a light sleeper. Overall a great time!!

schöner 1-wöchiger Urlaub
Die Lage des Objekt ist schön. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie beantwortet auch Fragen während des Aufenthaltes zu guten Restaurants und schönen Stränden. Der Pool war für unsere Kinder ein Traum. Geschätzte Maße ca. 4,50 m x 12 m und Tiefe ca. 1 m bis ca. 2,40 m. Am sonnigen Pool gab es 2 Liegen und 4 Stühle. In der Küche hätten wir uns etwas mehr Ausstattung gewünscht.

Gemütliches altes Steinhaus mit schönem Garten
Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das 80 Jahre alte Haus hat einen morbiden Charme, ist geräumig und lässt nur wenig Wünsche offen. Das Auto parkt außerhalb des Anwesens, das über drei Stufen von der Straße und durch ein eigenes Gartentor erreicht wird. Wenn man tagsüber Fenster und Läden geschlossen hält, bleibt es Im Haus angenehm und nachts kommt durch die mit Fliegengitter geschützten Fenster schöne Luft herein. Es gab nur wenige heiße Nächte, in denen wir uns gewünscht hätten, dass der Ventilator an der Decke im Schlafzimmer wirklich funktioniert. Der komplett umzäunte Garten mit seinen schattenspendenden Obstbäumen und dem überdachten Essplatz hat uns und unserem Hund sehr gut gefallen. Er durfte zwar leider nicht mit in den Pool, wir 4 Zweibeiner haben den Pool im angrenzenden Gartenteil jedoch sehr genossen. Novella hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, den Pool bei der Hitze sauber zu halten. Auch sonst war die Fürsorge von Novella super. Sie hat uns prima Restauranttips gegeben und war jederzeit bei Fragen erreichbar. Sie wohnt mit ihrer Familie oberhalb des Gästehauses, und kann den Poolgartenteil über schöne alte Treppen zur Pflege des Geländes erreichen, die Privatsphäre wird aber nicht gestört. Küche und Dusche könnten einige kleinere Schönheitsreparaturen gebrauchen. Vor allem aber wären Fliegengitter in den Bädern sehr hilfreich, um die Feuchtigkeit nach dem Duschen los zu werden. Für eine 5 Sternekategorie hätten wir es schön gefunden, wenn die Grundausstattung der Küche (Gewürze, Alufolie, Spüli etc.) vorhanden gewesen wäre, wie wir das aus den bisherigen Häusern gewohnt waren. Vielleicht ist es aber auch Corona geschuldet, dass diese kleinen Details fehlten. Mehrere gute Supermärkte mit tollem Fleisch und Fischangebot sind jedenfalls nicht weit, um sich mit allem einzudecken, was das Herz eines Koches begehrt. Und wir haben uns sehr über die Tomaten aus Novellas Garten gefreut, die sie uns geschenkt hatte. Die 14 Tage in diesem Haus haben uns jedenfalls gut gefallen und wir haben uns in dieser wunderbaren Umgebung zwischen Pietrasanta den Marmorbergen und dem Meer gut erholt.

Tolle Ferien in diesem Haus
Unser Aufenthalt im August 2019 war wundervoll. Die Betreuung vor Ort sehr herzlichen und stand bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Das Haus mit Pool ist einmalig. Das Haus im toskanischen Stil ist sehr gross und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist sehr schön im Haus und auch der Garten ist wundervoll. Wir haben besonders genossen, dass es direkt am Pool einen gedeckten Sitzplatz hat und auch noch einen vor dem Haus. Grill ist vorhanden und das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut, da in der Nähe diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bestehen. Zum Meer ist es mit dem Auto ca. 15 Minuten. Es war ein gelungener Aufenthalt und wir werden bestimmt wieder dieses Haus buchen, das nächste Mal aber länger als nur 6 Tage. Herzlichen Dank an Novella für den super Service und die tolle Zeit, die wir in diesem Haus verbringen konnten. Liebe Grüsse Lukas

We had a wonderful two weeks in the typical Tuscany country house of Novella and her family. We can only agree with the previous evaluations. Very nice cottage, wonderful pool and fantastic hosts in one of the most beautiful regions of Italy.

Beautiful spot!
We had a great five nights in Camaiore. Novella was a wonderful host; she helped us with a dinner recommendation and reservation our first night, and then brought us a brand new grill the next night when we asked about one. She was very attentive and helpful. The house is full of old world charm. It fit our family of four quite well and our boys loved the garden area for playing, kicking a ball around, etc. Despite some rain, we managed to eat dinner outside two nights in their beautiful outdoor covered dining area. We were too early in the season for pool, but it looks like fun and is completely fenced/gated in a separate area from the garden (although still quite close to the house). There are also screens in most of the windows, which is a huge bonus! Great location for exploring Lucca, Pisa, Florence and Cinque Terre!

Typisch Toskana
Wir hatten 2 schöne Wochen in der Toskana! Das Haus ist Toskanatypisch rustikal und hat seinen eigenen Charme. Novella ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat uns jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit zur Seite gestanden. Der Pool mit seinem schönen Freisitz hat uns tolle Stunden bereitet. Verliebt haben wir uns in das kleine Künstlerstädtchen Pietrasanta mit seinen tollen kreativen Restaurants und schönen Boutiquen keine 5 Kilometer vom Haus entfernt. Vielen lieben Dank aus dem heißen Deutschland... Mille Grazie

Perfect holidays on a quiet and splendid place, authentic toscany house, we definitely recommend !,
Authentic toscany villa keeping the spirit of local villages equipped by very nice pool, where we had a lot of fun with our kids. Novella is very nice person, always ready to help in order to improve our stay. House is very nice located with a splendid view to the valley and the sea at the end. Only recommendation we might have - to add some outside grill among the house equipment. We liked a lot our stay here and we can only recommend!

AMAZING !!
The house and the surrounding are gorgeous. Novella and her family are the best hosts, I ever met. We had total privacy in the huge house and much fun with the big and very clean pool. The place is near the beach and culture. Lucca is a 20 Minutes ride and Florence around one hour away. We woke up with the birds and saw in the evening, sitting at the pool, a beautiful sunset. The facilities in the house are perfect, the WLAN worked really well. We didn`t miss anything. Our dog felt very good in the garden and in the house.There are possibilities for the dog in Lido di Camaiore on the beach ( we have been in Bagno Emilia) and behind Viareggio on the wild beach in Torre del Lago. We had never a Problem with the dog We found a bakery and Frutteria nearby just a 10 minutes’ walk or 5 minutes by bike. There are a couple of excellent pizzerias in Capezzano pianore. We really enjoyed the stay and we will come back. Thank you Novella

Third time in this beautiful house...
...a fact, that speaks for itself!!! Again we had two wonderful and relaxing weeks in this charming house. We visited different beaches, wich are all easy to arrive with car, we visited Pietrasanta and Lucca (especially Lucca is such an amazing city, historic, great restaurants and bars and shops and really good for sightseeing) but best of all is to just relax beside the pool in the lovely big garden... The house is perfect for our needs, clean and tastefully equipped. The landlord, novella, is very helpful and friendly. We are already looking forward to our next stay there...!!!!

This charming and characterful rustic villa offers a great base to explore the beaches, hills and towns of Tuscany. The villa is secluded, offering a great deal of privacy and has a great outdoor pool. The villa is full of antique furniture making it feel like you have stepped back in time. Novella and Roberto are very welcoming hosts and always on hand should you need anything. This was really an ideal getaway holiday destination.

Feine Unterkunft
Wir waren eine Familie mit 2 Kindern und haben uns 1 Woche in der Villa sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Umgebung und auch die Strände in der Nähe leicht erreichbar. Der Pool und der Garten sind gut gepflegt. Die heißen Temperaturen machten in unserer Woche bei fehlender Klimaanlage oder Ventilatoren den Aufenthalt ein wenig ungemütlicher. Dafür konnte die Lage, der Pool, Garten und die Vermieter alles wett machen.
