“No they charged me more money than what they were supposed to and I still have not got my money back. When I asked about it at the front desk the clerk could not answer why or tell me if and when I would get the extra money they charged me back ”

“Airport shuttle was easy to find. My main issue is when i called the front desk 2 days prior about the shuttle I wasn't told that i needed to reserve the time I wanted to leave. When we got the hotel, the 4am time slot was full and we had to take the next shuttle. ”

“The room was dirty. The blinds were broke. The phone did work. Had to get a new remote for tv. If this wasn’t just a single night we would have left.! I believe the Quality Inn should reimburse the cost of the room and deduct it from our parking balance. Marie Bearce 724-678-4162”
