“My husband, dogs, and I stayed for a long weekend in Oct 2024 so we could do hiking trips with out a long commute from our home on upper Cape. It was an ideal location to go to Race Point Beach, Nauset Beach, and Chatham. The property was immaculate, pictures shown absolutely represent the charm of the property. Lots of little extras like a bag of dog treats, bottles of water, kcups, etc. They even had towels & blankets for dogs. Bathrobes to use the jacuzzi. We used the jacuzzi out last...

“We thoroughly enjoyed our one-month stay in Brewster. The house is beautifully decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen and Weber gas grill. The host provides timely responses to inquiries and is very accommodating. We especially loved the proximity to the 25-mile Cape Cod Rail Trail for running, walking & biking, and the wild turkeys who wandered through the yard. We would highly recommend this property for your next vacation!”

“We are a family of 11 (10 Adults and 1 child under 2). We need a lot of bedroom and bathroom space to accommodate our group and because we are gathering to prepare full thanksgiving meal we also need a kitchen with space. The many bedroom options and 2 kitchens worked great for us! House was clean and location was beautiful on the pond! We would stay again and found everything to be easy and no issues to report. ”

“I booked this listing for a short getaway with my wife. The home was exactly as the listing described. About a 10 minutes walk to the beach and a 20 minutes walk to downtown hyannis. We ended up driving to downtown, plenty of free parking. The beds were softer than we typically prefer but that's subjective . Our host was accommodating and responsive and even allowed an early check in. I would recommend staying here!”

“Very easy to find and warm and welcoming, just like the pictures. We cooked some meals and went to several beaches, all beautiful with lovely weather. There was tons of wildlife around the property and time was spent at the pond as well as bird watching on the great deck. “It wad only 5 days and 4 nught..but even tho the house was cleaned and emptied by 2 we vould not enter because it was too early...and yet we had to be out by 10am on our ladt day..so really only had 3 days at cottage though charged for 5..the shades are not blavk our so youre up at 5am..and onlt the upper part of the beach umbrella was there”

“We were on the Cape for a family wedding. The house was perfect for our portion of family and could have fit more! The unfortunate rain kept us from any real outdoor fun but the selection of games occupied us when not celebrating my niece. This is a beautiful, clean and very comfortable house.
