Beautiful apartment right next to everything
Amazing experience, lovely property and the security was also great. Everything was clean and tidy, and they had plenty of extra towels, blankets, TP that most rentals I’ve experienced do not offer! I recommended to my parents who are also SEMO alumni. The next time I’m in town, I am booking here.

Weekend trip
We love this apartment. It is very comfortable and equipped with anything you need. Easy walk to SEMO campus events and downtown. The owners are very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with.

We are in town for a cousin's gathering we stayed Friday Saturday check-in process was amazing check out process was easy I would say the negative was the stairs that was the only negative to the place stairs could have been a lot safer and wider especially if you're drunk and you're walking upstairs late night other than that great place

It’s very convenient to Capaha Park We could have walked there for my son’s baseball tournament. Great restaurants within walking distance and the place was very clean and well maintained. Loved our stay there

Wonderful location
If you are looking to explore downtown Cape Girardeau or be close to SEMO for athletic events, this Loft is the perfect place to stay. It’s spacious and very comfortable. The property managers could not be more accessible and wonderful to work with. Check-in was a breeze and the stay was very enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Spacious, spotless apartment, good location
This apartment is spacious. Nice living room, separate dining area, two bedrooms (master with sitting area) and second bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was spotless and all furnishings in very good condition. The location is across from the university, and a nice walk (under 15 minutes) to Old Town and the Mississippi River. Communication from host was excellent. It is on 2nd floor with exterior access stairway, would be difficult for someone with mobility issues. A good experience. We would stay here again.

Great location
This apartment was in a great location, you can walk every where. We were in town for SEMO football, we walked to the game and to dinner. It is decorated very cute, no noise problems on Broadway. We will definatly book this again.

Weekend Getaway
We stayed at the loft this past weekend and we cannot be more happy about our stay! The place was awesome!! We were able to do an early check-in time through the owner. Her communication was always quick and very accommodating. We found the loft to be so comfortable. It’s huge too! The owners really went out of their way to put a lot of extras throughout the place just in case you may have forgotten something; extra travel toothbrush kits, soaps, blow dryer/curling iron, sewing kit, etc.. We didn’t need to use any of these but the appreciation of the extra details wasn’t lost in us. The loft was neat and clean when we arrived. And the retro decor was really neat. The one and only thing that I might change on the place is the shower head. It’s a little wonky and you have to point at a funny direction to get it to spray where you need it. But the water pressure was great and the water was hot the entire shower so it’s definitely not a deal breaker. Overall, I would recommend this place again and again! It was really a great place! I believe we’ve found our go-to place when we stay in Cape!

Perfect for college events
We stayed here for a cheer event at the college and it worked great. BONUS POINTS for proximity to a Vegan Restaurant! Good location and fabulous communication with property manager. I would have liked to know that the entry was a up outdoor stairs. Not a problem but I was confused until I figured it out.

Property was clean and has been well maintained. Close proximity to campus, restaurants and riverfront. We used Uber all night and our total for the night after 3 calls was less than $20. I Recommend this property
