“Aline was incredibly accommodating and a great communicator (French or Spanish). The lodging is definitely rustic but had all the amenities needed. Our kids loved playing on the grass, in the pool, and around the property. Great rural location fi that's what you're looking for. Wifi not strong enough to do work from home.”

“You enter through a lush garden, the house decor is art deco, spacious dining/living room, plenty of plates, bowls, glasses, etc… The host, Sylvie, lives in the adjacent property, but everything remains very private. Silvia is a wonderful host, patiently shared info about local sites, grocery shopping, restaurants. It is an easy 10 minute walk to grocery , restaurants, and other shopping. We stayed a week, but could have easily done a longer stay. Highly recommended for up to 6 people. ”

“Estuvimos 50 minutos esperando la llegada de Pierre y su esposa para que nos dieran las llaves y nos enseñaran todo. Tenemos dos pequeños y tuvimos a esperar en la calle a baja temperatura, no fue agradable. El apartamento tiene de todo, está muy bien, aunque la limpieza en general podría mejorarse. Había pelos de anteriores inquilinos, aceite en la cocina... Por lo demás, todo bien. Gracias! equipado, y la ubicación es excelente. ”

“The Good Life was perfect. It is exactly as it looks in the photos. We enjoyed the well-appointed interior and sat outside in the afternoon sun with a glass of wine after our excursions to neighbouring towns and villages. BTW, the location is excellent for exploring the area. Rieux Minervois is a small town with a great boulangerie down the road (walking distance), good Italian restaurant across the road, and a local wine co-op. There's also a small market on Saturdays. We weren't sure about...

“We are a family of 5, with 3 teens. We had so much space in really clean and comfortable surroundings. Communication was excellent and Martine and Jean were good hosts. The pool area with outdoor kitchen was lovely and peaceful and the garage with ping pong a treat! Would recommend to families or groups. We would return ( and remember all our belongings next time! - thank you Martine!) ”

“La maison a de beaux volumes, très bien située dans un petit village au calme. Belle piscine bien entretenue. Mais il n’y a qu’un petit drap de bain prévu par personne pour tout votre séjour ( nous sommes restés 2 semaines.) Ce n’est vraiment pas assez, comment on fait avec la piscine et la douche ? Pas de coussin de chaises le long de la piscine, comment on fait avec ces petites serviettes pour ne pas se brûler contre le plastique des chaises? Il y a un éclairage au pourtour et dans la piscine...

“Long time friends joined my wife and I for 4 nights at this comfy apartment. We enjoyed the views of the old town from the back terrace and garden, especially at night. It is an uphill climb to visit the old town but the access point is very convenient. The apartment itself is very comfortable, while compact, and easily accommodated four of us. Street parking was limited but we found places close to the unit every day. Communication with our host David was excellent. Our only suggestion...

“Beautiful and cherished family home. All rooms a good size with en suite showers, fewer toilets as expected with a house this age but plumbing works very well. Very well equipped kitchen and pleasant outdoor BBQ area. House is well situated for road transport and supermarket. There are plenty of activities for family groups; we recommend Halle de La machines, rafting at Axat, caving all within 1.5 hours drive. The pool is situated a short walk from the main house so younger kids will need...

“Nous avons passé un très bon séjour Un accueil vraiment exceptionnel….Laurent nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’humour Maison agréable malgré l’accès à la troisième chambre qui est vraiment réservé à des jeunes (escalier). Région où il y a toujours pleins d’endroits à visiter ”

“Appartamento in po' vecchiotto ma con tutto il necessario, addirittura lavastoviglie. Inoltre ci sono già un paio di pastiglie x lavastoviglie e tutto il necessario per lavarsi ( sapone e shampoo). Posizione ottima per raggiungere Carcassonne a piedi, circa 10/15 minuti. Piscina piccola ma carina, forse un po' poche sdraio per poggiare gli asciugamani. Parcheggio sempre a disposizione.Nel complesso consigliato. ”
