“The gym had great equipment! The room was clean and quiet, especially quiet for being near the airport. The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. The breakfast was good. The airport shuttle was very convenient. Would gladly stay here again!”

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise. “All employees were so wonderful and accommodating, waterpark was a fun time for all involved, would book with this property again and again just on customer service alone! Was looking forward to breakfast that wasn’t included, so just prepare ahead. Expedia however didn’t have current operations hours posted on their site and took away half of our promised experience.
