“Parking was good. Room was fairly clean, the staff was great. ”

“The breakfast was disgusting the eggs were gritty and sausage was gross. My kids even said the muffins were disgusting. Eat the waffles you make yourself it's the only things decent to eat. The pool area was gross the floor is falling apart rust everywhere also so much chlorine all of our eyes were burning. The room was also not great. Went to slide the bathroom door and it came off its tracks we fixed it but come on. Also move the table to find a plug for my phone charger and man if your tables...

“Pleasant, economical hotel with a very basic breakfast and a nice pool This area of Ann Arbor is very car-centric, but this hotel is well-situated for the pedestrian. There is a safe, though unmarked, place to cross State Street toward Briarwood Mall and Red Robin restaurant about a block north and bus stops for the lines headed to Central Campus or Ypsilanti as well. There are several restaurants within walking distance and downtown Ann Arbor is 15-20 minutes away on the bus.”

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise. “Man at the desk at night I believe his name mark was a terrible clerk unfriendly I am eighty five years old I asked him for roll of toilet paper and he was un friendly he have an issue I will stay at 66 motel before I stay in your Hampton inn ”

“Even if some renovations were in progress during my stay, everything has gone fine. Never heard any noise from the renovations work. Affordable price for the room. Breakfast include.”

“Room and hotel was very clean but, I think they overbooked because they changed my room from 2 queen beds to 1 king for 6 people 😫 ”

“Everything was so clean! The staff where great not hairs on the bedding. No dust and dirt in corners! This was a 10 out of 10 for me! Im very picky”

“It was a fine stay, but they had no supplies; they were out of shampoo, tissues, and other necessities. Staff was kind and nice. Room was quite rust. It's a good spot for the price you pay.”
