“Have stayed here many times now and it’s fab - very accommodating staff, friendly and super helpful. Showers are great, rooms are sizeable and beds are comfy, location is fantastic as you’re right in the centre. Could not fault this place, fave place to stay in Lincoln.”

Hotel situation close to cathedral and castle. The reason for visit. Also close to long term parking as hotel does not have places for cars.”

“Direction by the hosts was spot on! Upon arrival we were a little early but as our room was ready they let us check in straight away. Staff were all super friendly and even offered to bring our bags in. Full guide or room was given. The room was beautiful and facilities were excellent including a mini fridge, milk (and oat milk for hubby), bottled water, handmade herbal tea selection, even umbrellas in the wardrobe incase it was wet! “The food was excellent. The swimming pool and its facilities were excellent. Service was friendly. Good value for our 3 night stay. Very pleasant rooms, both bedroom and general hotel rooms. Only one point for improvement- the shower in room 29 needs upgrading.”

“A lovely stay with our Cavalier King Charles dog called Bella. The breakfast's were excellent and there was a good choice for the evening meal. Our room was OK but had a sloping roof and not very easy to stay clear of when getting into and out of bed. The pubs location was good and the journey into Lincoln by car very easy. ”

“What a little gem of a property. Despite being above a pub, and on a through road of the village, it’s very quiet. Wonderfully clean, and the self serve continental breakfast buffet is well stocked. Great place.”

“Difficult to find and very problematic checking in. Digital check in never opened for me. The only way I was able to get into my room was that I was let in by a management person. I didn’t leave for dinner because I was afraid I’d be locked out. I wanted to drop my luggage around noon so I could see the sites without suitcase in tow but since there is no on site staff and no check in until 4 that was not possible. Please come up with a solution for travelers who need to store luggage. ”
